I am located in Orange County myself and am disgusted at what "law
(less) officials" are pulling off here.
I wrote a long letter on your behalf to Edgar Steele and noticed from
his return email you have already been in contact with him. Good! The
letter to Steele is copied hereunder for your convenience to keep you
abreast of how I (and others) feel about the situation.
Things are moving fast; as I am writing, emails are coming in giving
information that I did not have before, necessitating frequent
rewrites of this communication, and the orderly disbursement of same
to the interested parties. I have now had separate emails from the
following people with partially overlapping data which I shall
attempt to place in an orderly sequence here.
Edgar Steele (ste...@plainlawtalk.com) - requested a fax of the
charging indictment. We called the DA in Orange County at 16:45 hours
on Thursday 21 Nov, 2002 whose Media Relation's Rep, Michelle Emard
(714) 347-8405, initially tried to give us the run-around so we urged
her that a fax be sent promptly to Edgar J. Steele before the next
morning.

Two days ago, in what seemed to have been a major media frenzy to get
the Jewish Orange County District Attorney Tony Rackauckas re-elected,
(OC is my home turf,) the controlled news media relished in showing a
suspiciously long and nauseating piece of obvious anti-caucasian
propaganda in which they informed the viewers that three "dangerous
white supremacists" had been arrested and embellished that "news" with
displays on tables of various almost ludicrous displays of very
obviously brand new replicas of old world war 2 memorabilia such as a
can of Zyklon B, A Hitler Painting, a large third Reich flag with the
Swastika and to top it off a picture (I couldn't see if it was the
actual pamplet or just an image) of "Did Six Million Really Die?"
It was disgusting and in my opinion a completely staged exercise with
three people having been scapegoated and who are now being railroaded
for this jewish parasite in my county!
I urge you to consider helping these three, in my opinion, innocent
people as I understand that you have a license to practice law in
California. These people are in danger of being put away on phoney
charges for at least ten years, a punishment I consider harsher than
the loss of the compound that once belonged to Mr Butler for whom you
also worked.

it is much worse in Southern California. The terrible news of this
just reached me yesterday and I am passing it on to show just how
urgent it has become for us to unite.
Orange County District Attorney Tony Rackauckas was engaged in the
battle of his life to keep his office. In order to do so he did a
sweep of what he called white supremacist targets. His sweep gained
him national coverage and the display he used to show the nation how
dangerous white supremacists are is as follows: Four folding tables
were lined up in a row. A book, titled "Did 6 million really die?",
sat on one table (I hope you revisionists out there are paying
attention). A black leather jacket, modeled after an SS uniform was on
another table. On the third table was a replica of a can of Zyklon B.
Behind this dramatic foreground, the Orange County district attorney
announced the arrest of two people suspected of being leaders of white
supremacy groups. One of the arrested leaders was a woman from the
"Women for Aryan Unity" which is believed to have several hundred
members in Orange County and Los Angeles County. This woman made
headlines with the "Aryan Baby Drive." A program, I believe, to
encourage the adoption of white orphan babies by white couples.
Now here are the grounds on the arrest of this woman. They found razor
blades and nails in her house and the DA claims those are all items
with which you can make a bomb. With the passage of the Patriot Act,
it has become a piece of cake to arrest people on charges like this.
Heavily involved in this sweep was Joyce Greenspan, regional director
of the Anti-Defamation League.
It gets much worse, because the National Aryan Baby Drive raises money
to supply food, clothing and other items to poor white families.
Greenspan alleges that these poor white families are all families who
subscribe to white-supremacist views.
One of the other alleged white supremacist leaders was arrested also
for possessing bomb making materials, which were found a year ago in
his apartment complex. Now get this: The reason he was not arrested
until now is because the Patriot Act had not been passed.
District Attorney Tony Rackauckas says he will use this as an example
for all those who try to throw their allegiance to racist causes.
Checking deeper into the issue, it turns out that the investigators
stole hundreds of pieces writings, books, and "Nazi artifacts." One of
these writings was interpreted by the authorities as a sympathetic
letter to Islamic terrorist groups with anti-Semitic feelings and was
the base for the raid and the arrest. Three altogether have been
arrested, including the woman, and bail has been set at $100,000 each.
It turns out that they cannot prove any illegal or criminal
activities, even when talking to neighbors and other residents in the
area. These arrests and crackdown have been solely made possible
because of the Patriot Act.
Here are a few important notes. The first table display was the book
"Did 6 million really die?" Anyone amongst my audience who does not
have that book? I do! The third table included a replica of a Zyclon B
can. I have several pictures of Zyclon B cans. The other table had a
leather jacket on it that supposedly was SS style. So what? On one
hand the prosecutor accuses them of white supremacy and on the other
hand they allege that they were corresponding with Islamic extremists,
who are anti-Semitic.
Now, if this is not an indication of what's to come, then I don't know
what else to say.
A good friend suggested to me today what we need is a security
conference of all of us, and find solutions on how to protect each
other from the things to come. We need to have measures in place that
enable anyone who has to endure this kind of harassment and violation
of their constitutional rights, to take advantage of it. I agree with
my friend. With the passage of Homeland Security and the combination
of the Patriot Act, anyone can be defined as a terrorist. The Orange
County District Attorney openly stated that he doesn't care about
freedom of speech. He says that these racial hatreds are beyond
freedom of speech.

"The truth is back in business"

We, the undersigned, are extremely concerned about the recent injustices
perpetrated against Ms. Christine Greenwood and Mr. John P. McCabe of Anaheim
and Mr. James F. Steele of Long Beach. The Orange County District Attorney's
Office has charged these people with the "crime" of possessing nails, razor
blades and gasoline, i.e. "bomb-making materials." Most American households
contain one or more of those items, thus it is evident to anyone with an open
mind that the real reason these people have been charged with multiple felony
charges pertaining to a fictional intent to commit acts of domestic terrorism
(the district attorney's office admits they had knowledge of "no specific
plot") is because of their legal and legitimate association with organizations
the government doesn't like, such as the Aryan Nations, Women for Aryan Unity
and the Aryan Baby Drive. The authorities verify the accuracy of this
assertion when, according to the Los Angeles Times, "Law enforcement officials
said the crackdown was meant in part to discourage others from joining the
groups." A spokesman for the Orange County District Attorney's Office is
quoted as having said, "I hope this will have a chilling effect on those who
might have some misperception about the legitimacy of these extremist groups."
Orange County DA Tony Rackauckas (who, as a Jewish man investigating groups
actively opposed to Jewish interests, has neglected to live up to his legal
duty to recuse himself from a case where the appearance of a conflict of
interest is readily apparent) has further stated that the views of White
Nationalists are not constitutionally protected free speech (the United States
Supreme Court has a different view, of course).
It should be further noted that the Orange County District Attorney's
Office was assisted in their investigations by Ms. Joyce Greenspan, an
operative of a known criminal enterprise that calls itself "The Anti-Defamation
League of B'Nai B'Rith." It was only a few years ago that the ADL's offices in
Los Angeles and San Francisco were raided by the FBI, where literally thousands
of stolen, confidential police intelligence files were confiscated. During the
ensuing federal criminal investigation and trial, it was learned the ADL bribed
and blackmailed various law enforcement personnel in order to cajole the
officers into stealing the files and turning them over to the ADL. These
intelligence files were subsequently traded to foreign governments, such as
Russia and South Africa, in order to obtain intelligence on civil rights
activists working for the betterment of the refugees in Occupied Palestine. It
is impossible to calculate the extent to which the distribution of these stolen
police intelligence files to foreign governments may have harmed the national
security interests of the United States. It is this criminal, arguably
treasonous organization, the ADL, which is "advising" the Orange County
District Attorney's Office on which forms of political speech are or are not
protected by the First Amendment and who they should arrest in order to
discourage those forms of activism which the anti-American ADL does not
approve.
While all this is very sad, what's even worse is that the American
people can no longer rely on professional journalists to enlighten them about
the nature and extent of such governmental abuses. On the contrary, the Orange
County Register in particular has not merely taken the side of the Orange
County District Attorney's Office in this frivolous and unsubstantiated case,
but has issued a series of deliberately misleading articles intended to confuse
the issue and prejudice the community against the defendants. These
miscarriages of journalism read like press release from the outlaw ADL.
The First Amendment largely protects the right of the Orange County
Register to lie and obfuscate, and so they may continue to disgrace their own
formerly good name to whatever extent pleases them. The First Amendment also
protects the right of concerned citizens to speak out against corrupt
politicians like DA Rackauckas, criminal conspiracies like the ADL and venal
scandal sheets like the Orange County Register, and that is exactly what we
intend to do. We strongly urge all local residents to cancel any subscriptions
they may have with the Register, and we call on the Register's advertisers to
join in our boycott. If they choose not to, then we shall be forced to
initiate a boycott against the goods & services of those very same advertisers.
This last step is not one we would undertake lightly, but rather with a
profound sense of mission and urgency. We very strongly urge you to take this
communication as seriously as it is intended.
