Does the President of one independent country have the legal right to demand that
the President of another independent country resign ?

The right to make such a demand is not mentioned anywhere in international law.

Sure, why not? After all, a bunch of president of various independent
countries apparently had the legal right to demand that Iraq not fly any of
her own planes in her own air space (it was referred to as the "No Fly
Zone", by those various independent countries who made that demand of Iraq)
and also demanded that Iraq divest itself of various weapons.

Let us know when you Leftists and liberal Democrats are ready to catch up to
what the UN has been demanding that Iraq do for the past 12 years, OK? We
can tell from your post that this is all news to you.......
