Cultural & Political Experiment of Cerulea

It is a political and cultural experiment that I have been developing
over the past many months. The over all purpose of this experiment is
to watch a nation evolve as it interacts with other micronations,
changes government and develops culture.
I have set up a website and a wiki for my micronation.
A summary of our culture:
The generalized culture of Cerulea is Slavic, predominately Russian
with various other cultures blended in. As time goes on more history
is developed along with a pre-history. I also plan to create a pseudo-
religion based on Norse mythology.
A political summary:
Currently the nation is a monarchy, but as time goes on, various
political systems will be implemented to observe the changes both
internally and externally. The overall political goal is to observe
changes as different political systems are implemented over time.
The main goal:
The main goal is to successfully maintain a micronation for an
indefinite amount of time.

I myself hold a title and land in one of the most well known
micronations today, Shireroth.
I currently maintain 3 Ministries within my kingdom all headed by
different individuals.
All people are welcome to come and register in our forums and be a
part of the nation of Cerulea. While it is labeled as an "experiment",
all of us have a great deal of fun being micronationalists.
