Millions of dollars from minority social programs have been illegally
diverted over the decades to fund a massive domestic spying operation
against the white population in America. Secret police forces have
been created across America that target white American citizens that
are engaged in activities to deny minorities their constitutional
rights as American citizens. Ordinary white citizens and politicians
are placed under covert surveillance by these secret police groups so
intelligence information can be gathered about them and used to bring
them down.
The secret police force groups are supplied with classified
surveillance technology that can electronically see and hear through
walls of a house or building. The surveillance technology works house
to house. The surveillance technology is setup inside a house
neighboring a targeted person’s house and the secret police use the
surveillance technology to electronically see and hear right through
the walls of the targeted person’s house.
The targeted person will never know that he is under surveillance. No
visual evidence of the surveillance is possible from outside the house
used to conduct the surveillance. To anyone just passing by, nothing
out of the ordinary will be noticeable.
No detection equipment is available to the general public to detect
the surveillance technology. This technology can be used against a
targeted person and there is no way for the targeted person to detect
it or prevent it.
The ability to see and hear through walls is a tremendous advantage to
groups conducting covert surveillance against the white population. A
white politician’s can be placed under complete electronic
surveillance in his home and even at his office. Secret police will
buy or rent a house or apartment near the white politician’s house and
use the classified surveillance technology to conduct complete
surveillance of the politician right through the walls of his home.
The secret police will also lease a suite near the politician’s office
to conduct complete surveillance of the politician at his workplace.
The surveillance of the politician can last for months or even years.
The politician will never know that he is under complete surveillance.
Surveillance intelligence will be gathered about the white politician
over the surveillance period. Any information that can be used to
bring down the politician will be collected and at a later time will

will be closely monitored to seek any damaging information against the

surveillance to begin a desegregation process of the white community.
The white community will never suspect that secret police forces have

will be white. They will appear friendly and get involved in community
functions. Their mission is to befriend the influential members of the
community that are keeping the community segregated. A plan will be
developed to bring down these white community members so the community
can undergo the desegregation process. With the electronic
surveillance and personal interaction with community members a plan
will be developed to desegregate the community. The typical targeted
white community can be desegregated in a few years by the secret
police.
The secret police force are few in numbers compared to the overall
population of America but the classified surveillance technology
supplied by a secret element of the United States government has made
them a very powerful force in America.
Beginning in the late 1960’s the United States secret government moved
from a segregationist policy to a desegregationist policy. The secret
government is now multi-cultural and is pursuing a covert domestic
agenda of desegregating every community in America. Ordinary citizens
and politicians who stand in the way will be covertly targeted and

African American makeup the secret police force. They firmly despise
any form of segregation. The multi-cultural secret government wishes
to reduce the white population in American to minority status, and
then to that proportional to the rest of the world. This is a slow
process of changing America that can take several more decades.

distract and divert the attention of the white population of America
so the secret government can work more easily behind the scenes to
implement their covert domestic agenda. Social engineering was used to
tame the white population of America.

decades to distract the white population’s attention away from social

The white population of America may find it very difficult to accept
it but UFO conspiracies, haunted house stories, and other wild urban
legends and conspiracies were hoaxes created by the secret government
to distract the white population’s attention and create life long
obsessions too many of the secret government’s domestic enemies.
Basically the secret government wanted white America to be chasing
after aliens from another planet, UFOs, and ghosts rather than
discovering the secret government’s agenda to desegregate American
society. Millions of dollars was spent to create these elaborate
hoaxes of the last several decades and white America fell for it.
Hoaxes of UFO crashes and fuzzy pictures of flying UFOs were created
by the secret government. The goal was to create in the minds of the
American people that the United States government was concealing the
existence of UFOs but in reality the secret government was creating
these events artificially to start what would evolve into today’s most
know UFO incidents.
Another hoax created by the secret government was the haunted house
stories starting in the 1970’s.The secret government equipped secret
police groups with classified sonic harassment technology that can be
used to trick innocent people and families into believing their house
is haunted. The secret police force used the classified sonic
harassment technology to trick occupants of houses across America into
believing their house was haunted. The technology projects sound like
a laser through the walls of a house. What the people who claim to
feel the presence of a spirit are feeling is high intensity sound that
they cannot hear rather than a spirit. The technology is very
effective in convincing people that their house is haunted. People can
be targeted through walls and attacked with sound to trick them into
believing their house is haunted.
Hollywood movies of UFO and haunted house stories would go a long way
to convince the white population that aliens form another planet
exists and supernatural events such as haunted houses are occurring
across America. Movie writers and producers would unknowingly and in
some cases knowingly produced movies and TVs shows that simply promote
secret government propaganda. Movies like Close Encounters and
Amityville Horror simply were the result of early orchestrated hoaxes
created by the secret government of the United States for the purpose
of social engineering of the white population of America.
The white population’s primary religion would also become a target in
the secret government’s domestic social engineering. The secret
government needed to smear Christianity in an orchestrated effort to
defeat the white population. Classified sonic harassment technology
was used to targeted innocent American citizens with strong Christian
beliefs to convince them that extraordinary religious events were
occurring in their lives. Hollywood would later produce movies of
haunting and possession based on these artificially created events.
Movies like The Exorcist would alter the way Americans view
Christianity.

population by smearing their religion and shaming them for past
discrimination against minorities. Hollywood and the news media would
be used to socially engineer the American people. The white population
of America was brought down so the secret government could implement
