Yes you are right, Cuba has the BEST health care system in the world and the

Yeah well we are talking about incorporating a system that is working very
wll for those whatever you want to call them in a devastated economy because
of American sanctions.
And your non system you can die in a paddock like a horse before you will
soften the medical insurance companies to treat. Of course in the final
stages they might take you in.
So whatever you think of Cuba and Cubans their health system is at present
better than the Americans. On a lot less money.

care is very easy to achieve - even if the rest of your situation
sucks.
