That is completely in both letter and spirit, 100% opposite of what
our founders intended writing the Constitution. In fact, it's a whole
lot more like the colonial arrogance, those signers of the Declaration
of Independence tossed off, and sent back across the Atlantic Ocean.
Let the rollback begin!
After that - the election sweep, of these power-mad irresponsible
scoundrels, from office.

-- Don't buy a liberal newspaper. Not even to wrap fish.
They have to force the sale because when the people figure out how much more
expensive it is. I figure 5 times more expensive for me. based on a $10,000
out of pocket yearly expense, verses $ 2000 for my private insurance. And
that dont include 5 years of premiums when i dont get any heralthcare, And
the governments spending 5 years of payments overseas on other crap instead
of health care. The poor people wont use it as the $10,000 is mandatorily
taken from your bank accounts, And they cant afford that taken from their
budget. You wont buy it if you dont have too. Its just a big scam.
Its never been about healthcare. Its about raising money for the government
to spend overseas, forcing a national ID on everyone, allowing illegals
in, and giving them amnesty, and creating a new class of poor government
dependant voters to overthrow America, by destroying Americas working
middle class people.
The lunatics are running the asylum.
That is the same argument made against wearing a seat belt and buying
liability insurance for your car so you lose on this one as the Courts
have not agreed with your unsupported assertion.
Not true at all, Its the same BS you idiots have spewing that want more
government in your lives. Driving is not a right. Its a legally defined
priviledge. And others may be harmed by your driving. Therefore you have to
follow the rules. Buying insurance is to protect others from you. And
wearing seatbelts where the states have stated so. Is also for the same. To
protect your passengers. The analagy would be forcing you to buy a car you
dont want to drive. And no court forced that. And ever should.
Now , retract your buffoon of a statement , or accept that the government
has no right to force us to buy insurance that doesnt protect someone else.
The government has the right to protect others from us, And the right to
protect us from others. But they have no right to protect us from ourselves.
***********
You are wrong on the car insurance. That is to protect others, not the
driver. If you don't own a car or drive one on public roads, you are exempt.
Not so with this healthcare ugliness just
passed by the maggot-treat Dems in the Senate. As for seatbelt use...that
was one when the court was wrong.
Merry Christmas.
No Surrender!

> That is the same argument made against wearing a seat belt and buying

Totally bogus comparison.
Not withstanding auto liability insurance requirements are state
regulations;
Driving a car is a decision one can make, or not. A privilege.
Requiring insurance to drive, is based on the decision of the
individual to drive a car. One can quite simply decide not to own a
car. Many do not.
The federal mandate to purchase health insurance is required, for
simply being ALIVE. How Soviet!
We have crossed over from a free country, to a nation of serfs.
Ruled, not represented, by power-mad thugs.
Time to oust the leftist, despotic maroons.
Put responsible real Americans, with real principles in office.
It's fun to watch Republitards suddenly discover the importance of the
Constitution they wiped their asses with when they were in power.
Social Security might be considered forced purchase of a product,
since Americans are required to purchase the federal government's
pension plan. Some Republicans want to privatize Social Security,
meaning Americans would be forced to purchase private pension plans.
Then there is the Medicare Part D prescription benefit the Republicans
gave us in 2003, in which working Americans are required to purchase
expensive prescription drugs for retired senior citizens.
> It's fun to watch Republitards suddenly discover the importance of the

So you approve of the Democrats wiping their asses with it now?
Thanks for the clarification.

All the Leftist are. They care less about the country. Or working class
Americans. All they care about is they fucked you . Now we are going to
fuck you also. And we will get more illegals to be voters to boot.
More typical bullshit. How about all jobs come with provided healthcare.
All problems are then resolved. The goverrnment would have to provide jobs
in America. And restore the American economy. Instead of providing jobs
in China and Mexico and putting the unemployed on welfare and paying them
to stay poor and vote to overthrow America.
No this makes too much sense. And you lazy ass parasites would have to get
off your ass. Get a college degree and a job. And parents would have to
stay married and put their kids through college. In other words responsible
people will prevail. Instead of the Liberal loser whiney bastard home
wrecking family destroying rejects.
That way I don't have to pay for all
> you wingers and your heart attacks.
You cant pay for lunch, And you havnt.
The FDA provided the heart attacks, By wrecking our food supply with drugs.
And denying us the right to provide our own food. And you wish to give them
the right to your healthcare. That cost 5 times as much as my private
insurance. Without premiums.
Its a scam , assshet. All the premiums go it the general fund to be spent
overseas on war. . Not one cent on healthcare for 5 years. It will take 10
years to train the people tobe incompetent government employees, and to
replace the displaced Drs.

Where in the Constitution is it written that they can't have that
authority?

What are you afraid of? Staying healthy and not going homeless and
bankrupt in the process?

The difference, of course, is that not everybody needs a car. But
everybody needs to stay healthy and alive, at least for as long as
they're alive, otherwise what good are you to anybody and yourself if
you're always deathly ill? There's no pursuit of life, liberty and
happiness if you can't enjoy health. Not to mention that health
insurance is to protect others as well as yourself because you don't
want to be spreading around any virulent diseases just because you
can't afford coverage now, do you?

Okay, then be in a car and don't wear one. We'll see how lucky you'll
be and for how long.
You have a choice today, don't let gubment take your right to choose away!
How about the coming Healt'cay Card having security holes a commi could hack
through?
The Solution will no doubt be the MARK of the Beast
Most of the constitution has been re-interpreted into the polar
opposite of what it originally meant. Good luck doing anything about
this happy little addition.
Well, lobby-peddling cranks like Congress, are why the people who
know how cell phones work invented on-line publishing, rather than
cell phones anyway.
They're why the people who know how telepromters work invented XML,
rather than GM.
They're why the people who know how AI works, invented
Holograms, rather than Group Theory.
They're why the people who know how computers work
invented Digital Terrain Mapping, rather than New York City.
They're why the people who know how Norfolk works,
invented GPS, rather than Norfolk.
I am not a leftist and not a Democrat, and I was just pointing out the
hypocrisy of Republicans. Both Democrats and Republicans are enemies
of freedom, which is why I (usually) vote Libertarian.
The 10th Amendment, which specifically states that any power not
specifically granted to the federal government is denied. Unless you
can find a clause or amendment that grants the federal government the
power to force people to purchase health insurance, it has no such
authority.
Of course, nothing prohibits the Constitution from being amended to
grant the federal government such power. If national health care
enjoys such overwhelming public support as is claimed, amending the
Constitution to permit it should be no problem.
Excellent. Outstanding post.
Well stated.
Nice job.
Really. Perhaps you should keep up with what YOUR party passes.
The Patriot Act requires you to have identification. You don't? Gitmo
for you, boy. Post your name and address, here.

It is also illegal and unconstitutional to tap everyone's telephone
conversations without a warrant, but I don't remember rightards
complaining about that.
