Why I hate America

with my girlfriend. We have already lived apart for 2 years because
the asshole American goverment won't allow American companies to
employ me. I am a highly qualified engineer. I come from a richer
nation than America. I am not a Mexican peasant coming to take
advantage of the country. Many American companies are keen to employ
me. They have a shortage of qualified labour. But the government won't
allow it.
Because America pretends it is doing me this huge favour be giving me
a green card that I have to be eternally thankful for. Excuse me, I am
the one who is doing America a favour by working there. In Denmark I
earn 20% more than in America. In Denmark I get 30 days of holiday, in
America just 7. If I am lucky. In Denmark my quality of life is better
and the economy looks stronger. America should be thankful for EVERY
highly qualified Dane who is prepared to sacrifice their job at home
and bolster the US economy. I don't care about your stupid promises
about "freedom", "land of opportunity", or whatever. I already have a
good job and live in free country. I ONLY WANT TO BE WITH MY
GILRFRIEND. Why is this so hard to understand? She is donig a PhD at
an American university, and by god, I would love to find a different
solution other than relocating to your "greatest nation on Earth". But
I don't have any other options at the moment. At least not until she
is finished.
Because America won't recognise something as simple as marriage as a
reason to allow two people who love each other to live together. Even
if were were to get married, i would need to wait years until they
gave me a green card, in which time I would neither be allowed to work
in Denmark, NOR in the USA. What do they expect me to do? Be
unemployed for years? Ruin my career in the mean time?
Because even if America is "nice" and gives me a green card, the
conditions are draconian. I would only be allowed to work for the
company that sponsors me, which means very poor chances for
negotiating higher wages, being promoted, finding a better job, etc.
Because America is tearing my marriage apart in the name of "national
pride". Because America causes human suffering and doesn't give a shit
about "family values".
Well, it's mainly the American government that I hate, not individual
Americans. But the Government was voted by individuals. And it looks
like a majority of Americans endorse those inhumane immigration
policies. I hate them too...
PS. I hate Europe also. Our immigration policies are no better.

Out State Department has been instructed to bar most whites from being
welcome in the USA. They discriminate against law abiding Europeans who
follow the rules and are able to contribute their intellect to our economy.
If you were a law breaking Mexican or Central American who refuses to learn
English and hates white people, then you'd be welcomed by the "progressives"
who set the tone for immigration policy.

a green card. If you love your girl friend so much
maybe you ought to pack her up and move her to you country, that way
your problem is sloved. that is...if she loves yu enough to want to be
with you.
That way you will have no reason to hate America, or drop any anchor
babies here for the tax payers to fund for the rest of it's life....so I
would say that it is a win win situtition. You get your girl to move to
your country, and we don't have another anchor baby hanging around our
neck.

He's only considered highly qualified by his farm-league colleagues.
The simple fact is that he doesn't have what it takes to play in the
