San Diego Border Patrol agents have faced an untenable flood of Chinese
[invaders] sneaking over the border each day, raising fears over the
growing influence of the hostile state in the US. Border sources claim
that 269 Chinese [invaders] were apprehended by CBP officials in a
single day this week, according to Fox News ' Bill Melugin - with the
number not including those who manage to cross undetected. Chinese
nationals now make up the largest growing demographic of [invaders]
crossing the porous US-Mexico border. And 2024 is already well on-track
to easily exceed the staggering 37,000 Chinese [invaders] who were
apprehended (sic) by the CBP in the 2023 fiscal year.

"Title 8, U.S.C. § 1324(a) defines several distinct offenses related to
aliens. Subsection 1324(a)(1)(i)-(v) prohibits alien smuggling, domestic
transportation of unauthorized aliens, concealing or harboring
unauthorized aliens, encouraging or inducing unauthorized aliens to
enter the United States, and engaging in a conspiracy or aiding and
abetting any of the preceding acts. Subsection 1324(a)(2) prohibits
bringing or attempting to bring unauthorized aliens to the United States
in any manner whatsoever, even at a designated port of entry. Subsection
1324(a)(3)."
