CAIRO — A leading international think tank urged the Thai government
on Thursday, March 15, to started preparing the Buddhist majority to
accept a negotiated autonomy for the Muslim-majority south.
"Some form of negotiated autonomy may be the only answer,"
International Crisis Group said in a new report on the interim
government’s efforts to ease tensions in the Muslim South.
The ICG recognized the fact that the conditions for such a dialogue
are not yet in place.
"The government has been unable to identify the leadership of the
insurgency.
"Indeed, it is not clear that there even exists an overall leadership
capable of controlling the various groups committing the violence,"
said the international think tank.
It also indicated that the Thai public "is largely hostile" to the
idea of negotiations.
The ICG recommended that the government continues to "identify
possible dialogue partners among insurgent groups."
It also urged the government to use the national media to lay the
groundwork for public acceptance of such negotiations.
The three southern provinces of Pattani, Yala and Narathiwat were an
independent Muslim sultanate until annexed officially a century ago.
They are home to 1.8 million Muslims or 80 percent of the populace.

The international think tank said the Thai government should balance
its military response to the worsening violence in the south.
"The government must respond to the escalating attacks, but with care
-- widespread arbitrary arrests and civilian casualties would only
increase support for insurgents."

It's interesting how Christians, Jews and Hindus never get autonomy
from muslim states. The muslim answer is genocide or ethnic cleansing
(e.g. Lebanon, that at one time had a *MAJORITY* Christian populous

Churches are outlawed in Saudi Arabia, but when
Muslims are up to 2% of a nation like they are in
the USofA, concessions are made.
1. footbaths in public places to accomodate the
Muslim religion.
2. Islam taught in public schools
3. Arabic mandatory in public schools.
4. Anyone who speaks out on abuses of Muslims
are taken to court; there are many who are fighting
for freedom of speech in our courtrooms against
Islam.
5. 35 military Muslim compounds across rural
parts of the USofA, more in Canada, preparing
for jihad "holy war" inside the USofA, on a large scale against their
host country, the USofA.
6. These muslim military compounds in the USofA
have produced numerous murders, firebombs, weapons
violations, ect across the USofA....one is the D.C. beltway snipers.
All the above is when Muslims are at under 2% of a population
like the USofA. 7 million Muslims in the USofA are controlling
300 million Americans. Wake up America !

Islam is NOT a religion.
At least 75% of the Sira (life of Mohammed) is about jihad. About 67%
of the Koran written in Mecca is about the unbelievers, or politics.
Of the Koran of Medina, 51% is devoted to the unbelievers. About 20%
of Bukhari’s Hadith is about jihad and politics. Religion is the
