If I were to take up real estate, I would be "The Solar Guy"
Ya know specialize in finding and developing properties that have
great solar potential.
I could in all honesty, approach an owner and compliment them on the
solar access , whether they tapped it or not.
And I could be a solar savvy "Buyer's Agent"
the possibilities are many.
