The 5 Truths
of GOOD! Government:
1. The taxpayer is King.
2. The taxpayer canNOT afford neither to have people sick nor to
__have people living in poverty: it hurts the economy. Poverty is
__the main source of violence and social injustice and must
__therefore be eliminated. It's *the one thing* that cost the
__taxpayer the most money.
3. The taxpayer canNOT afford BLOATED! Government, Police ,
__Forces, Military, and Judiciary.
4. The taxpayer canNOT afford the negative economic impact of
__having people needlessly in jail. (Canada has 200+ jails.)
5. The taxpayer canNOT afford to have a Government that acts
__BEHIND CLOSED DOORS.
Government legitimacy through transparency.
Support political choice.
Support the Égalité Party
of Canada.
Why are there no former civil servants in Canada's 200+ jails?
They don't commit any crimes like defrauding the taxpayer?
Why is there no Police force nor intelligence agency looking
for crime in the Government? How absurd!
The Égalité Party of Canada's response to this is to say:
"Let's DEcriminalize Government so taxes can go down
and services up."

CLEAN GOVERNMENT?

Under Section 7 of the Canadian Charter of Right and
Freedoms the Government of Canada promises to look
after the security of ALL! Canadians and under Section 12
to keep them from cruel and unusual punishment.
When an adult requires $18,000 annually to live in
Canada and the Government only gives about 1/3 of
that to live on, admittedly, the Government is NOT
looking after his/her security.
This constitutes NOT only CRIMINAL NEGLIGENCE,
but also cruel and unusual punishment. (To access
the Canadian Charter of Right and Freedoms click
here and and for the details click here.)
With Parti Égalité du Canada in power THE FIRST
$20,000 will NOT be taxable.
With the Égalité Party of Canada in power an unemployed
adult will get $1200 a month and eventually $1500 as
soon as the Government can afford it.
However, all other social assistance levels will be DOUBLED!
With the Égalité Party of Canada in power there will be no
more Freemasons in control of the Canadian bureaucracy
including the judiciary as is currently the case making
Canada a - de facto - POLICE STATE like all other
Commonwealth countries.
With the Égalité Party of Canada in power there will be no
more useless national Police State network of undercover
cops the currently even extends onto the campuses of
colleges and univerities that cost the taxpayer billions of
dollars for nothing.
With the Égalité Party of Canada in power there will be
no more useless Government operatives in organizations
funded by the Government (like the Assembly of First
Nations suspects the President/Party Leader of the Égalité
Party of Canada) that are there solely to keep them from
openly criticizing the Government. These operatives cost
the taxpayer millions of dollars for nothing.
With the Égalité Party of Canada in power there will be
NO MORE! DIRTY! GOVERNMENT.

Introduction
The Égalité Party of Canada ( ÉPC) wants
clean, open, low cost government with a
social conscience that obliges it to REDIS-
TRIBUTE THE WEALTH of Canada in order
to end poverty.
The ÉPC believes Government's FIRST
PRIORITY should be to hep Canadians
create and promote their own small
businesses so they can be financially
independent.
In short, the ÉPC wants to transform
Canada from a fascist law and order
police state into a prosperity-based
education-centric state.
Symbol
__The Party is represented by a sky blue equal sign
__within a white circle with a sky blue perimeter:
Colour
__The colour of the ÉPC is sky blue.
Sign
__The Party sign, raised middle finger in a
_ clenched fist, means that the É(eh)PC is
_ the ONLY ANTI-FASCISTE PARTY that will
_ do three (3) key things:
_ 1. give the power to Canadians
to monitor Government spen-
ding using the Internet
_ 2. help them create and promote
their own small businesses
_ 3. redistribute Canada's wealth.
__Therefore, the raised middle finger is for THE ONE!
political party, the É(eh)PC, that will REDESIGN the
Government of Canada to ensure a BETTER LIFE for ALL!
Slogan
__ The Party slogan is "POWER! 2 the PEOPLE" because
_ _ Canadians will be able to monitor Government spending
_ _ using the Internet. The ÉPC believes in "le droit de regard
du Public", the right of the Public to check for themselves.
Bilingual
___The ÉPC is a "bilingual" party committed to having Canada's
"dual constitutional reality" respected at all levels of
Govern-
ment: the federal, the provincial, and the municipal.
Anti-fascist
___The ÉPC is the only anti-fascist political party in the
___history of Canada because it's the only political party
___opposed to "behind closed doors" Government
___whose bureaucracy and judiciary are run (like in all
___the other Commonwealth countries) by Freemasons,
___a secret men's organization whose top leaders claim
___to be direct descendants of the children of Jesus and
___Mary Magdalene (Christian heretics).
___These heretics (who have the full backing of the reli-
___gious authorities of Canada and the Canadian media)
___have designed the Government in such a way that it
___is 100% crooked by design.
___Because the Freemasons control both the bureau-
cracy of the Government and the judicial system,
Canada is NOT a democracy because in a democracry
the judiciary has to be independent from the rest of the
Government: that is NOT the case in Canada and there-
___fore, Canada is NOT a democracy.
___Because the Freemasons have designed Canada to
___be a "law and order" state that does NOT redistribute
the wealth of the country, Canada is consequently a
fascist Police state: a nation run by crooked bureau-
crats and poorly educated, highly overpaid cops that
are incapable of acting in the public interest.
___In regards to Government spending, because Cana-
dians doN'T know how their money is being spent
nor by whom in the Government due to Government
secrecy, this makes Canada a fascist state because
it acts as if it NOT accountable to Canadians which
makes it completely absurd.
___That makes Canadians victims of "blind taxation"
___and hostages of a self-serving Government that is
___notoriously incompetent by nature and criminally
___negligent with regard to the public interest.
___Who owns the colleges, universities, and hospitals
___that get billions of dollars from the Government?
___Canadians doN'T know.
___What percentage of the City of Toronto contracts
___go to American businesses or Canadians busi-
nesses owned by Americans?
___Canadians doN'T know.
Canadians doN'T know because Canada is a fas-
cist Police state with a Government that operates
in secret "behind closed doors".
But Canadians should know.
With the É(eh)PC in power Canadians will know be-
cause it's their right to know because it's their tax
dollars that are at stake.
With the É(eh)PC in power Canada will be the world's
greatest democracy with the most prosperous society.
Goal: Strong Economy
_ __The Égalité Party of Canada wants economically poor areas
_ __to be TAX-FREE.
_ __The Égalité Party of Canada wants a strong, vibrant, family
_ __farm agricultural economy.
_ __In order to facilitate economic growth, the Égalité Party of
_ __Canada will help in every way possible entrepreneurs and
_ _ small businesses get started.
__ _ Basically, its goal for the economy is two things. On the
__ _one hand, Its goal is to build an "economically strong" First
_ __Nations Canada, French Canada, and English Canada in
_ __which the respective cultures of these three constitutional
_ __cultures can flourish and, on the other hand, to ensure that
_ __Canadians "in financial need" benefit from a "guaranteed
_ _ montly income" in order to be able to pay their rent and
__ _ their food.
_ __ The Party believes that the basis for a "strong economy"
_ __ is basically two things:
_ __ 1. foremost, a "clean" government since it believes "the
__ __ _greatest threat" to Canadian sovereignty is the "historical
__ __ _systematic abuse" of the public purse by all levels of the
_ ___ _Government: federal, provincial, and municipal;
____ _Note: the federal and provincial auditor general
___ _ ______reports confirm the "historical systemic
___ __ _____abuse" of the public purse due to a lack
____ __ ____of financial controls in place; yet, no one
___ ____ ___is demoted nor loses his/her job and no
___ _____ __one goes to jail.
___2. the "economic reinforcement" of the lowest strata of society
_ ____so that they can live "safely" and "independently" so as to
_ ____NOT needlessly overburden the police and health services
__ ___and so that they do NOT have to find a way to declare
__ ___themselves "mentally ill" in order to increase their social
__ ___benefits.
_____Note: this "economic reinforcement" will be the
_ ___ ______implementation of the monthly guaranteed
__ ____ ____revenue plan advocated by Senator Croll's
___ ___ ____report on poverty in the 1970's. The Égalité
__ ____ ____Party believes that the elimination of these
___ __ _____"historical abuses" of the public purse can
___ ___ ____"readily pay" for a guaranteed monthly
____ __ ____income program that will end the worst
____ __ ____form of violence: poverty.
"Égalité pour tous." (Equality for all.)
___The Égalité Party upholds "the principal of the equality of all
___persons" as its political touchstone.
_--_It will therefore work to hold accountable all levels of
Government,
___be it federal, provincial, or municipal, to ensure that the
treatment
___of every Canadian is fair, respectful, and non-prejudicial.
___Note: to this end , the Égalité Party intends to have
____ _ ___members of its Party elected to all three levels
____ _ ___of Government to attain the realization of its
____ _ ___political vision.
1. The Core Party Platform:
___"The 'Eight (8) Paths' to 'Clean' Government".arrow

__ ____ ______appreciation of First Peoples' culture and history
___ ___ ______along with French-Canadian Métis culture in their
____ __ ______respective historical context and how this impacts
__ _ _ __ _ _ on Canada today.
Note: in the spirit of equality of all Canadians the

___ ____of employment.
_ ___2.6 The Auditor General's Report will result in employee
dismissals
__ _____where necessary, and reassignments or demotions where
warranted.
__ _____The Auditor General's Report along with corrective measures to
be
___ ____taken will be posted online for public review. Proven abuse of
the
___ ____public purse will constitute "non-punishable" treason and
result in
____ ___dismissal from public office and forfeiture of "non-native"
Canadian
____ ___citizenship.
__ __2.7 The labour movement must ensure the "same level of
transparency"
__ _ ____as that expected of the Government. Any union failing to meet
the
________prescribed norms of transparency will be dissolved by the
Govern-
___ ____ment allowing its members to join "a more legitimate one".
2.8 All federal international agencies will be amalgamated
in order to
__ _____work together to promote peace and prosperity abroad.
__ _____Note: in lieu of "embassies" abroad, Canada will have
___ _ __ ___"government offices" to serve its citizens and
___ _ __ ___those wanting to visit Canada or do business
___ _ __ ___with Canadians. Foreign countries will be asked

__ _____7.2 The ÉPC believes that the Govern-
__ _____ ment of Canada should do every-

1.6 Radical Judicial Reform
_ ___Basic principle of judicial reform: the State exists
TO SERVE the People (NOT to brutalize them).
It includes four (4) parts:
A. judicial reform;
B. reform of the criminal code;
C. prison reform.
_ ___A. Judicial Reform
_ ___A.1 It will be treason to hide:
.1 who makes financial decisions in the Gover-
ment and who they are associated with out-
side Government;
.2 who are benefiting from those decisions and
who they are associated with.
Note: all PPPs (Public Private Partnerships)
will have to conform retroactively
because Canadians have the right
to know the details involving their
money.
Note: the Government of Canada is
NOT accountable to the tax-
payers because it conducts
its affairs behind closed doors.
Because Canadians doN'T
know what is going on in their
Government, they are victims
of BLIND TAXATION: in other
words, they are hostages of a
fascist police state that enjoys
incredibly unwavering support
from the media and religious
authorities, both FASCISTS.
_ ___A.2 Civil servants guilty of UNNECESSARY
SPENDING will lose their jobs.
_ ___
_ ___A.3 Auditors with Police enforcement powers from
the Canadian Information Agency (CIA) will:
.1 (hand in hand with Canadians) monitor the
Government for financial mismanagement;
.2 prosecute those committing financial abuses.

is no Police force nor intelligence
agency that looks for criminal
activity in the Government.
_ ___A.4 The practice of political patronage will be
illegal.
_ ___A.5 It will be illegal in the Government to NOT
have equal representation of both sexes
everywhere: 50% male, 50% female.
_ ___A.6 To ensure trials are EXEMPT from political
interference no judge nor Crown attorney
can be (nor have been) a Freemason.
___ _ ___Note: the Canadian judicial system
like the rest of the Canadian
bureaucracy has always been
run by the Freemasons like in
all other other Commonwealth
countries : this means NOT one
of them - including Canada - is
a democratic country because
in a democracy the judicial
system has to be separate and
independent from the rest of
Government in order to avoid
Government interference.
_ ___A.7 No case can be brought to trial without
due process.
_ ______Note: when the Crown attorney's office
lets the Police bring people to
court without respecting due
process for an automatic con-
viction, it's malicious prosecution.
_ ___A.8 All trials will be with jury and conducted
by a judge (never by a justice of the peace).
__ _____Note: nearly everyone is found guilty
by a judge (or by a justice of the
peace) in trails (without jury)
involving summary convictions.
__ _____Note: too many persons "incapable"
of criminal intent (mental pa-
tients, addicts who commit
crime under compulsion) are
incarcerated though this is
illegal.
__ _____Note: the majority of male inmates
are First Nations men and
African-Canadians.
__ __ __Note: the majority of female inmates
are First Nations women.
__ __ __Note: the ÉPC will disallow Crown
prosecutors from having the
Police do secret criminal, men-
tal health background, and other
checks on members of the jury
selection list.
_ ___A.9 It will be illegal for a former Government
minister to get paid for sitting on a board
of directors.
_ ___A.10 It will be illegal for the Government to
spend more than $25 billion on the
military.
_
_ ___A.11 It will be illegal for the Government to
finance non-governmental organiza-
tions.
Note: public organizations financed
by the Government come with
Government operatives (appa-
arently): their job is to discredit
the organization should it de-
cide to criticize the Government.
Note: secret Government operatives
are allegedly notorious for infil-
trating anti-government pro-
tests and for then, using violent
tactics to discredit the protests.
(This is a classic fascist police
state tactic.)
__
_ ___A.12 It will be illegal for the Police and intel-
ligence services to be involved in food
banks, shelters for the homeless, social
housing, employment insurance and
social assistance programs (or any other
form of "fascist social policing") as it
impinges on the privacy of Canadians.
_ ___A.13 Every Canadian is entitled to a copy of
his Police file as well as any other file
the Government may have regarding
him/her.
_ ___A.14 Government surveillance of any person
will NOT exceed 28 days and will require
a Court order that becomes public after
28 days.
_ ___A.15 No case of psychiatric incarceration can
proceed without sufficient proof of a
psychiatric disorder and only by a
Court order.
_ ___A.16 It will be illegal for the Police to have ties
with private security firms.
_ ___A.17 The uniforms of private security firms
must NOT resemble a Police uniform.
_ ___A.18 The heads of Canadian companies found
guilty of abusing the Poor abroad will be
incarcerated in a detention centre for two
(2) years.
_ ___A.19 A person will spend 30 days in jail for pos-
session of each firearm without a hunting
permit outside of a gun club if it's NOT re-
quired for work.
_ ___A.20 National security certificates will be illegal.
___ B. Reform of the Criminal Code
___ B.1 The new criminal code will take a "customer
service" orientation where the emphasis will
be on education (and treatment if necessary).
___ B.2 The new criminal code will use a "restorative
justice orientation" when possible.
___ B.3 The maximum penal sentence for a major
crime, a crime involving bodily harm:
10 years.
___ B.4 The maximum penal sentence for a minor
crime: 2 years.
___ B.5 Pardons will be automatic two (2) years after
_ ______ incarceration or after a guilty sentence without
incarceration.
___ B.6 The consumption of illegal drugs will NOT
be treated as a crime.
___ B.7 No one found guilty in the commercialization
of illegal drugs will ever go to jail.
___ B.8 The use of tasers and similar stun weapons
will be illegal.
___ B.9 The use of undercover police will be illegal.
___ ___Note: currently, undercover police
operate in total secrecy at an
estimated cost of a BILLION
DOLLARS (or MORE) yearly.
They allegedly use entrapment
to put the poor and homeless
in jail via summary convictions
(without the benefit of jury) to
ensure a higher conviction
rate each year that grows the
judicial system. Incredibly,
they do NOT go after white
collar crime NOR crime in
the Government.
___ ___Note: since September 11th 2001 the
Government has an annual $7
BILLION social policing budget
that is extending its fascists
surveillance tentacles into
nearly all spheres of public
activity in the name of public
security as an anti-terrorist
measure.
(The ÉPC intends to use this
money to fund FREE college
and university education.)
___ B.10 Immigrants and non-residents found guilty
of a minor crime will be obliged to leave
Canada immediately or following their
incarceration in the case of a major crime.
___ B.11 New Canadians who repeatedly commit
crimes will have their Canadian citizen-
ship revoked.
___ C. Prison Reform
Prisons have been extremely costly for the
taxpayer and a complete waste of productivity
for the country.
With 13,500 inmates Canada's 200+ jails are
now full.
The detention centre penal system is designed
to help inmates become productive members
of a prosperous, education-centric society.
___ C.1 The term "prison" will be replaced by the term
"detention centre".
___ C.2 Inmates will live in minimum security detention
centres.
___ C.3 Detention centre personnel will be unarmed.
___ C.4 Unruly inmates will be sent to a psychiatric
_ ______ hospital.
___ C.5 Any person who abuses an inmate will be
_ ______ terminated.
___ C.6 Detention centres will be coed (made up of
both sexes).
___ C.7 Each detention will have a 12-member inmate
_ ______association of six (6) men and six (6) women
elected every six (6) months: they will meet
Mondays in the forenoon.
___ C.8 Detention centres will be education centres
_ ___ __ that collaborate with each inmate to develop
his/her education plan that will give him/her
a professional direction.
___ C.9 The individualized education plans will replace
_ ___ ___the need for probation officers.
1.7 A Strong Economy
__ __The ÉPC believes wealth redistribution and
__ __job creation is the key to a strong economy.
__ __With the ÉPC in power Canada will lead the
__ __world in economic growth and prosperity.
__ __7.1 The Party promises to increase the minimum
wage to $15 and later to $18. Employers un-
able to pay the increased wages will be eligible
for taxable subsidies and grants.
__ __7.2 Social assistance - guaranteed income - levels
will be DOUBLED, received bimonthly, and
