Englishmen show their true interests

I recon they are jealous of the kilt!
Seventeen British men arrested for wearing nuns' habits and accused of
offensive behaviour been freed by a court on the Greek island of
Crete.
The prosecutors dropped the charges against them after no one showed
up to testify that they had been upset by the tourists' conduct.
The men, who were also wearing women's lingerie, spent a night in
police cells in Crete wearing their outfits.
They appeared in court on Monday in the clothes they had on when
arrested.
The BBC's Malcolm Brabant said the men, all from the Bristol area,
went out dressed in habits and saucy lingerie, lifting up their skirts
to reveal bottoms and G-strings.

Well yes, I normally try to avoid being drawn in but once in a blue moon I
may comment, and yes you are right there are others who get consistently
drawn in. It genuinely puzzles me though. At least the slaggers actually
make positive posts too the slagging is just a by-product so to speak. We
all know thast he has no interest in Scotland or Scottish culture etc. The
only reason he posts to scs is to try and wind people up and I've seen him
say so on other groups. Christ I can see how that could maybe be fun for a
day or so - but for years! I genuinely think it sad that grown adults having
nothing more positive to do with their time.

in WW2
fighting for their nation. Hitler was anti-Communist so anyone prior
to WW2
who agreed with his attempts to rid Germany of them would naturally

being interviewed, and the usual who are you going to support, came into it
from the interviewer, as if England don't have enough fans already. Henman
supposedly jokingly said something like "well he can't support Scotland as
they aren't there" then Murray laughed at the interviewer and said somehting
like "well it certainly won't be England". Of coure there are many many
Scots who couldn't bring themselves to support the England football team.
They are our oldest most intense footballing rivals - but it is only sport!

Dairmid Logan being anti-British from a supposed Irish viewpoint; or this
one being anti-Scottish from a supposed English viewpoint. They all have one
thing in common. They post from the North American continent and they may,
or may not, be what they say they are. Who knows?

That means nothing ina sporting context - are you suggesting that all
Brits support all four countries in the UK all the time. Although
some people may support other patrs of the UK I don't expect it. I
would welcome it - but I don't expect it or even ask for it.

In war and peace we have stuck together - with the Scots taking a
higher proportion of the casualties per head of population than some
other groups.

England has Lizzie II Scotland and Britain has Lizzie I (all three may
in fact be the same person). The sooner Scotland has it's own
parliament the better.

He did score an absolutley wonderful goal in that game - leaving the
English midfield and defence for dead as he breezed past them.
So you appear to be claiming that all the English support the
Scots...... and the Welsh......and the Northern Irish - you will, of
course, be able to prove this absurd claim?
