...should be to urge Congress to mandate that all state ballots
featuring candidates for federal office be tabulated by a system which
is scientifically proven to be 100% accurate, or as close as possible.

It's an international embarrassment that our country holds itself up as
a paragon of democracy when we can't even count our own votes accurately
and without the perception of impropriety. Given who we are, and the
current state of our economy, there's no reason that every American
voter shouldn't have the benefit of the most advanced vote tabulation
system in the world.
