Politics in India is a partial failure. Even in USA politicians are corrupt.
We need to have a rotating government, where qualified citizens are randomly picked to play a role in government for a few years. The civil service should have technical people who qualify through examinations.
The referendum should be used to decide on new laws and regulations. Cities, States, and Nations can all have referendums, where a citizen can vote through his computer or phone.
We also need an open and transparent government. Only through active participation of the citizenry, can we assure that the world economy regains its trajectory and business and government function to serve the common man, and not the few rich and powerful businessmen and government officials.
