Reparations at gun point (or pick-ax point) is more of a forced removal
of property and that is NOT constitutional, because the 5th amendment
says that even the government can't violate your unalienable right to
keep your own property.
Amendment V
No person shall be held to answer for a capital, or otherwise infamous
crime, unless on a presentment or indictment of a Grand Jury, except in
cases arising in the land or naval forces, or in the Militia, when in
actual service in time of War or public danger; nor shall any person be
subject for the same offence to be twice put in jeopardy of life or
limb; nor shall be compelled in any criminal case to be a witness
against himself, nor be deprived of life, liberty, or property, without
due process of law; *nor shall private property be taken for public use*
, *without just compensation* .
And reparations can't be forced on an individual basis since no one
alive that was a slave can be compensated by another who was a slave
owner... they're all dead. And the same as when someone rings a bell,
once it rings there is no un-ringing that bell.
Everyone is dead and there is no way to force reparations on the guilty,
which means the idea of reparations is a moot point.
Democrats are just too stupid to understand that you can't create
justice with vengeance and HATE and political violence, so they're
willing to use those to create more injustices. Democrats are just
stupid.
