The EPA was NOT delegated the power to make law "by the Constitution"
and the Congress should be forced to pass every law and regulation with
a Congressional vote, because Congress can NOT re-delegate the
Constitutionally delegated powers that were delegated to them by the
Constitution.


It's a case of enforcing laws and making laws and the EXECUTIVE BRANCH
enforces laws and the LEGISLATIVE BRANCH makes the laws. And the EPA was
made to be a Department of Executive law enforcement under the President
who is the head of the EXECUTIVE BRANCH.


There is no LEGISLATIVE POWERS that can be delegated away from the
LEGISLATIVE BRANCH and re-DELEGATED to the EXECUTIVE BRANCH, without an
ARTICLE 5 amendment to the Constitution.

Which means the Democrats are on the wrong side of the Constitution once
again. Democrats are liars and thieves who want to steal the political
power of WE THE PEOPLE.
