Jam those 18 to 25 million* illegal aliens into their home countries,
most
from Mexico. No discrimination, applies to asian and european
illegals.

In de facto absence of any border control and the will to stop illegal
immigration, the number of illegals is determined by the market
capacity for the low payed jobs. At the moment this market is filled
up to 100% mark. As economy will deteriorate further this market
shrinks and the guys go home. That how the problem resolves itself.
Well, that's right. Yet again the free market corrects itself.
Mexico over the last decade was living on borrowed money as much as
Americans were, since it was borrowed money that largely was paying for
their illegal's lives here in the US. And, since it's undeniably true
that when economies "contract", the people at the lower end of the
income run get "squeezed" the most, low man on the US totem pole was
always the illegal, who works for low wage and without a safety net.
I'm sure nobody will ever do an analysis of this, but perhaps that's why
unemployment isn't five or six points higher than it is. It's the
illegals, who don't show up in the unemployment figures, who lost the
first five or six million jobs.

The stupidity inherent in this proclamation is the adulation you hold for
"the market". This is an improper "value" judgment in that the people
are more important than the market. Whether "the market" is correct or
not is much less relevant than the "happiness" of the people.

The market worshipers do not seem to focus on the general utility of the
American people. For them it is only important that "free market"
idiotology continues to be worshiped.

It's critically important to understand these people aren't market
worshipers. They are hypocrites and frauds.

They will stay and turn to crime to survive.

Or, they stay here and commit crimes to sustain their meager lifestyle
here, which is still better than the infested barrios in "romantic" Old
Mexico.
Course, the land gets seized, which is a hidden kind of tax. The way the
law is, the owner hasta prove he didnt put the pot on his land. Even if
he is successful, he hasta hire a lawyer, which is what this is all
about. Making money for lawyers and adding to local govt revenues by the
sales of seized property.
But for urbanites, it means vastly more marijuana on the streets and in
the schools at far lower prices. And some new strains are far more
powerful, reaching true psychedelic properties like LSD.
Except for those who brought their wives and children, they will stay
for the freebies.
