The RED FLAG can be used to identify people coming into contact with law
enforcement who can then be vigilant and when that person violates a law
the police can process that person and make sure that they stand in
front of a judge who can make decisions on that persons ability to
access "weapons and schools and psych meds and show violent behavior"
all at the same time is NOT possible... by limiting them to an
institution for the psych meds or banning them from any school if they
have any weapons violations or violent mental issues.

And/or ban them from owning weapons because they're a violent felon or
mental patient who has to have a ...

The perfect storm is when someone has access to schools, and psych meds
and has a violent nature and access to weapons. If the mental case has
people taking care of him/her and the courts are involved in that
mental/psychological care, the courts can mandate that any with
"weapons/arms" that is associated with that mentally ill person be aware
that they can't have weapons/arms that this person can access, meaning
that all weapons have to be secured under a situation that can't be
compromised by the disturbed person taking the psych meds or or guilty
of past violence.

There are also ankle bracelets/watches to track the person to set off an
alarm if they get near a school, it's done with pedophiles, why not
Mental illness with violent and anti-social and sociopath tendencies.
That or a mental facility.

But until they are pushed through due process all the efforts would be
to NOT put students with mental illness into the system to mainstream
them, and allow them to have access to schools and psych drugs and
weapons and have violent tendencies all at the same time. The system
should allow only one or two of those at any time.

Look at it like the FAA looks at airline crashes, it a cascading failure
of events that leads to a crash, so stop them from being able to all
converge into a catastrophic failure.
