Just how stupid is Warren? If there is no Federal power delegated
constitutionally to regulate abortion how can the Federal Government
regulate abortion or pass appropriations laws that fund any abortion
related activity, isn't it just like religion where the Feds can't pass
appropriations laws to fund religion because there is no delegated power
to regulate religion.
As goes RELIGION so goes abortion because neither has the delegated
power in the Constitution that allows the United States to make laws to
regulate them.
