I have stated that I intended to sue several posters. I have NOT
stated that I would be doing that for "lying." Specifically, I have
stated that I would be doing that for Libel and Defamation.
If you are interested in knowing more you should go to your local Post
Office and pick up that Certified Letter waiting for you... Of course
you don't have to do that. You can pretend that you never got that
note left by the mail carrier, just like you are pretending that you
never got the email I sent you. Neither of those communications are
required by law, both of those communications are courtesy-only. (Your
mail carrier left that note for you on May 28, 2013 at 2:55pm.)
Also, in the case of a Civil Court-ordered Summons, you CAN duck and
hide from that. The law ONLY requires that valid (documented)
attempts (at least 2) to serve have been made. After which the process
moves forward with a Default Judgement being made against the
Defendant. Note that if the documented attempts to serve indicate
intentional ducking the Judge MAY find that defendant IN CONTEMPT and
from that point onward things can get extremely uncomfortable and
expensive...

Concern? Of course not. First, this is America, almost anybody can
sue almost anybody for almost any reason.
Second, and this is where you would benefit from the advice of a
lawyer (I am not your lawyer), there really isn't such as suing
someone for "lying," instead there are specific Civil and Criminal
laws that address specific variations of "lying." For example, anyone
can claim to be a veteran, have a bunch of medals and such, and as
disgusting as that is it isn't a crime UNLESS "fraud" (lying for
"value" or "personal gain") has occured. So "Lickin' Ass" can claim to
have been an Army officer and until such time as it can proven that
she is doing that (or has done that) for "value" or "personal gain"
she can get away with it legally.
An even better example would be a civil action for Libel and
Defamation where the initiating "lie" is actually NOT the focus but
the DAMAGE is. Note that the "damage" associated with Libel and
Defamation is INHERENT in the act - it does NOT need to be proven or
even established - all that is required is that the published material
be either proven to be false OR not proven to be true.

Why would I waste my time with such nonsence? You need a lawyer. I'm
not your lawyer. There is NO SUCH THING as a countersuit to Libel and
Defamation wherein one instance of Libel and Defamation is excused
because of some other instance of Libel and Defamation. It simply DOES
NOT work that way.

That's not impossible. There are mountains of laws and rules but when
it comes to Contempt of Court it's mostly up to the Judge, he or she
can do just about anything they want from doing nothing to (literally)
issuing an arrest warrant (bench warrant) to bring someone to Florida,
book 'em, cavity search and jail 'em, and drag 'em into his or her
Court (in a day, or a week, or whenever) for a little face-to-face
chitchat...
If someone was to write a Pamphlet called "Shit You NEVER Do In
America" high on that list would "Don't piss off a Judge, ever, for
any reason, just don't do it. If a Judge tells you in open Court to
stand on one leg and whistle Dixie you stand on one leg and whistle
Dixie until he or she tells you to stop AND THEN you say 'Thank you,

Have I ever mentioned that I was born, raised, and spent almost my
entire life in Florida, in the SAME County, in Florida... That would
be the SAME County what has a Court House where Judges have their
Courtrooms... But being born and raised and lived about SIXTY years
right here in the SAME County there's no chance I would know any of
these public officials, right?
So, anyway, I did ask folks to be patient, and unfortunately they had
to be patient a lot longer than I expected or wanted - but I can
report that thngs are going to get quite exciting real soon...

That's not impossible. There are mountains of laws and rules but when
it comes to Contempt of Court it's mostly up to the Judge, he or she
can do just about anything they want from doing nothing to (literally)
issuing an arrest warrant (bench warrant) to bring someone to Florida,
book 'em, cavity search and jail 'em, and drag 'em into his or her
Court (in a day, or a week, or whenever) for a little face-to-face
chitchat...
If someone was to write a Pamphlet called "Shit You NEVER Do In
America" high on that list would "Don't piss off a Judge, ever, for
any reason, just don't do it. If a Judge tells you in open Court to
stand on one leg and whistle Dixie you stand on one leg and whistle
Dixie until he or she tells you to stop AND THEN you say 'Thank you,
Your Honor!"

Have I ever mentioned that I was born, raised, and spent almost my
entire life in Florida, in the SAME County, in Florida... That would
be the SAME County what has a Court House where Judges have their
Courtrooms... But being born and raised and lived about SIXTY years
right here in the SAME County there's no chance I would know any of
these public officials, right?
So, anyway, I did ask folks to be patient, and unfortunately they had
to be patient a lot longer than I expected or wanted - but I can
report that thngs are going to get quite exciting real soon...
