"Hispanics are a hate crime victim category but not a perpetrator
category.
Hispanic offenders are classified as whites, which inflates the white
offense rate and gives the impression that Hispanics commit no hate
crimes."

ER> And this trend has been going on for quite some time. According to
criminologists from Northeastern U, Fox & Pierce, the criminals are also
getting younger (since their ‰ 95 report.) Young black males are more
likely to be murderers by an order of magnitude (x10) than their white
punk counterparts. This also is forbidden knowledge the press is unlikely
to expose.
Fortunately, the murderers and drug dealers kill each other off, doing the
rest of us a favor. When the drug/gangbanging victims are UNDER 18, the
bleeding heart liberal media calls them children in their anti-gun stats.
Personally, I think there should be "gun stamps," like food stamps. If you
live in a crime infested neighborhood and need a gun to protect yourself,
the guns taken from criminals should be given to those qualified law
abiding citizen.
In 1996, Police Lt. Lowell Duckett, president of the Black Police Caucus
and special assistant to Washington, D.C. Police Chief Larry Soulsby,
while at a neighborhood meeting of residents worried about crime, stated
that the city's ban on handgun ownership by law-abiding citizens should be
repealed. Furthermore, he stated: "Gun control has not worked in D.C.
The only people who have guns are criminals. We have the strictest gun
laws in the nation and one of the highest murder rates. It's quicker to
pull your Smith and Wesson than to dial 911 if you're being robbed."
