In Florida when you point a loaded gun at someone
when not in self defense that's called aggravated
assault and is a felony punishable by up to
10 years.

They got off with a slap because the prosecutors
are like-minded Trumpsters.

No one stepped onto their property, the protest was walking
past their house on the sidewalk. And in my state with
its 'stand your ground' law, if someone points a loaded gun
at you, you have every right to shoot them dead where
they stand.

The protesters would have been within their rights to open
fire once they brandished their guns at them.

The protestors were rioters who broke down the fence gate to get into
the private property and in a gated community that appears to have their
own security fence, the sidewalk may not be "public" similar to the
elevators in a "Condominium" where the elevator is behind the front
doors that are there for security.

And I tend to agree that those people should have stayed in the house
with their phone on video app and recording and not go outside and throw
gas on the fire by even being seen, it's a better defense position
behind a wall where the scum attacking you can't see your silhouette to
shoot at you. And you shouldn't show or point a gun unless they fire at
you or throw Molotov cocktails and you have a good clean shot at the
single person trying to kill you.

And you never point or shoot a gun unless it's in self defense or at
some sort if private shooting and target set up. Guns are NOT for making
a point or expressing your "intent"... simply to return fire when
fired on. Like any tool there is a proper place and way to use it. You
don't throw the hammer at nails... people would get hurt on the job site.

That said it was their private property and those rioters were
threatening and did try to intimidate the people living there and an
assault on your home is an assault worthy of repelling.

But I think it's best to act with a bit of reserve and stealth.

The sidewalk the protesters used was not owned by the
McCloskeys but by the trustees of the complex.

"In a statement, City Counselor Mike Garvin wrote,
“prosecution is not warranted against these particular
individuals,” after municipal court prosecutors reviewed
property records of the street as well as video of the
June 28 confrontation and interviewed witnesses."

"Garvin also noted the attorney for the trustees
who own the street did not wish to pursue charges."
https://www.ksdk.com/article/news/local/st-louis-city-counselors-refuse-charges-against-protesters-accused-of-trespassing-in-mccloskey-case/63-989a40d3-259c-482c-b182-1f419af867dc

Walking past their property is not trespassing
on the McCloskey's property. They had no right
to threaten them with guns. Typical self defense
laws REQUIRE that you to retreat as possible
before using deadly force in self defense as
explained below.

However, Florida does have one unique law that stands out.
The state’s “Stand Your Ground” law is unlike the
self-defense laws in other states, which state that you must
retreat first before using a firearm, knife or other type
of deadly force. This means that before you shoot or attempt
to kill the person, you must back away. You must run
or otherwise try to escape your attacker before using a
weapon. The weapon must be your last resort.

Florida’s “Stand Your Ground” law does not require this.
The law allows a person to use deadly force anytime they
are at risk of bodily harm or they feel their life is
threatened. A person does not have a duty to retreat.
As long as they are not trespassing onto someone else’s
property, they can use deadly force to defend themselves.
They can use a weapon in a home, outside, in a parking
lot, in a restaurant, movie theater and other areas.
They can use guns if they are in areas where concealed
weapons are allowed and they have a proper permit.

This is why a Florida man would not face criminal charges
for using a weapon. It was recently announced that a
28-year-old man who pulled a gun on a man and his daughter
shopping at a Walmart would not face criminal charges, as
he was acting in self-defense. The man accused of weapons
charges was wearing a face mask when he entered the store,
but took it off when his glasses started fogging up.
A Walmart customer told him to put a mask on and hit him
in the head with an umbrella. The man feared for his life
and shot the customer with a Smith & Wesson .40 caliber
semi-automatic gun.

They were pardoned so there is no crime to refer to when claiming that
they need to be censured.

They were threatened by the rioters so the open carry law (RIGHT TO KEEP
AND BEAR ARMS) would mean that they can't hide them under a coat, there
is no where to carry it except in their hands in the open.

The laws required they NOT conceal their weapons without a license.

The people trying to persecute those people are trying to undermine
their RIGHTS as retribution for standing up for their Constitutional
RIGHTS to keep and bear arms.

The people trying to use the legal profession to exact their pound of
flesh for what was NOT a crime.... and will never have a criminal
sentencing for it.

You call Alan right on up and tell him that.

Alan D. Pratzel, Chief Disciplinary Counsel

Better yet, email him.

Contrary to common belief, it is the Supreme Court of Missouri – not
The Missouri Bar – that is in charge of the state's lawyer
discipline system. To protect the public, the Supreme Court oversees
a mechanism for investigation and, where necessary, discipline of
lawyers who fail to meet their professional obligations.

"About two hours into the demonstration on Kingshighway, the
marchers began making their way towards Krewson's home. They
walked north and made a left toward a street called Portland
Place, which is blocked at both ends with imposing stone and
wrought iron gates. Signs marked "Private Property" are posted
at either end.

The couple's lawyer at the time shared pictures of the gate,
which was twisted and broken on its left side. "A mob of at
least 100 smashed through the historic wrought iron gates of
Portland Place, destroying them, rushed towards my home where
my family was having dinner outside and put us in fear for our
lives," Mark McCloskey also told KMOV.

> This is proved.

Most legal analysts agree that the protesters were trespassing
when they entered Portland Place.

Missouri's Attorney General Eric Schmitt also filed a legal
brief in support of dismissing the case, writing that prosecuting
the McCloskeys is a violation of their right to bear arms, and
their right to defend their property under Missouri's "castle
doctrine" law.

"Not a single person in the out-of-control mob you saw at our
house was charged with a crime," he said.

"But you know who was? We were. They've actually charged us
with a felony for daring to defend our home."

Why don't you prove your assertion, point a gun at someone walking
down the sidewalk in front of your place. See what happens.

If you live in Florida, you might want to wear a flack jacket.

Then you're admitting there was a gate that sealed off the private
property but the rioters invaded that private property.... and they
threatened the people inside the gates.... What happens on Federal
Property like say the Capital when people walk past the gates that they
either broke or ignored as a demarcation line placed there by NANCY
PELOSI?

There are people still in jail months later for trespassing on the
Capital property where there was no fence and there was no PRIVATE
property because we the people own that Capital building and what's
inside it. SO why are the #BLM RIOTERS who busted the fence and
trespassed on private property of the home owners there.... in jail?

And why can the Capital police have guns to protect that building
they're in but these people can't have guns to protect their home... and
in FACT the Capital police shot a person who was in the Capital building
and nothing happened to the cop that shot that person while these people
had guns legally and didn't hide them because the law says you have to
have a "Concealed Carry" permit or license or openly carry it somewhere
visible.

It looks like you might want to slow your roll unless you want that
Capital cop and maybe NANCY PELOSI and others to go to jail for
conspiracy and killing someone in the commission of the DEMOCRATS coup
D`etat, which would get all those covering up their crimes the death
penalty. Nancy Pelosi did conspire with General Milley and that is a
Coup D`etat and amidst that Coup D`etat was when the murder of Ashlie

D`etat business that was a violation of the U.S. Constitution. Looks
like the death penalty for the people involved in the Coup D`etat. They
committed MURDER wile the DEMOCRATS Coup D`etat AGAINST TRUMP was in
progress.

That makes the DEMOCRATS COUP D`ETAT the worst case of TREASON other
than maybe some of the assassinations where the people committing those
crimes against the U.S. Constitution were either killed or captured and
put in prison.

Looks like You convinced me that hose people protecting their home are
innocent and Nancy Pelosi and the Capital Cop and Nancy Pelosi are
guilty of treason and MURDER in the commission of the TREASON.

You don't live in Florida you New York faggot.

The Florida "Castle Doctrine" law basically does three things:

It also prohibits criminals and their families from suing victims
for injuring or killing the criminals who have attacked them.

In short, it gives rights back to law-abiding people and forces
judges and prosecutors who are prone to coddling criminals to
instead focus on protecting victims.
