Siegen I have wiped this entire conversation as you don't seem to have any
concept at all about human nature.. Sorry to disappoint you but I happen to
be a married straight female with three children.. I am neither gay nor
bisexual.
Gender roles are are alive and kicking in this society and I personally
don't think they are good roles.. Boys from infancy are generally given 'boy
toys' like cars and trucks and taught not to cry as this isn't considered
something a boy should do, nor should they kiss and cuddle other boys.. it
is ok for them to go out, climb trees and get dirty.. this is 'normal'..
Girls are generally given 'girl toys' like dolls and jewelry, make up etc..
and its fine for them to cry and kiss and cuddle other girls, but not to
climb trees and get dirty.. These aren't gender roles????? I got rubbished
by mine and my husbands family for giving my sons Barbie dolls along with
their cars and trucks and for giving my daughter cars and trucks along with
her dolls.. they told me this wasn't right.. that boys should be boys and
girls should be girls.. I have refused gender roles as much as I can, but
still schools etcc.. encourage gender roles as do my childrens friends.. so
I can only do my best from home.. I want my children to grow up as
'naturally' as possible, whilst making up their own minds as to who they are
and how they wish to live their lives.. But gender roles that occur from
others continue to go against the values that I am trying to instil in my
children..
As for your pedantic comments on Monkeys and bisexuality.. If you actually
bothered to look up monkeys and their lifestyles you would see for youself
that monkeys are all bisexual by nature, of course they don't have gender
roles shoved down their throats either, to tell them that what they are
doing is 'wrong'.. which of course it is not as it is in their nature.
Monkeys as well as humans (as we did evolve from them) are born sexual
creatures.. we are some of the very few creatures on earth that derive
pleasure from sexual acts..
That is not to say that we are born knowing which sex our personal gender
will naturally attune to, as sex itself is supposed to be pleasurable in all
forms. Even infants derive 'sexual' pleasure, whether it be from a warm
bath, being cuddled or passing stools.. of course this is a very infantile
way, but as infants they are still learning and continue to do so until
purberty.. Even toddlers and children engage in mastubation on a regular
basis.. And this is perfectly normal.. Children often plays game like
doctors and nurses, or show my yours and I'll show you mine etc.. and most
people know this usually starts with same sex genders and gradually
progresses to opposite sex, as they become more comfortable or more curious
about them.. There is nothing at all abnormal about these children as they
are simply following their natural instincts.. This shouldn't simply stop
dead when they reach adolesence.. as this stops their natural flow..
But as I said before, thats when gender roles come into it.. and they get
feelings of guilt etc.. THINKING that it is wrong, when in fact its
perfectly normal.. I like to meet one person who can HONESTLY say that they
have never had a same sex dream or fantasy as some point in their life, and
I believe that if someone was to say that they hadn't.. they are lying to
themselves.. I'm not saying that to not being bisexual is abnormal, that is
simply choice.. but I do believe that just as people go one way in
heterosexuality so do some choose to go into homosexuality.. All are pretty
much natural, as you would find that most homosexuals have tried an opposite
sex 'realtionship' as some point in their life and it didn't agree with
them.. So human nature, primintive gut instinct tells us to go with whatever
we feel is the best lifestyle for ourselves..
As a straight married woman, I have tried same sex relationships a few times
over the years, as I feel I shouldn't knock somethink I know nothing about
personally, so now I have personal experience, I can honestly say that this
isn't the lifestyle for me, I'm by no means saying it wasn't a pleasurable
experience.. Quite the opposite, but I prefer men.. Now that was my CHOICE!
and everyone should be respected for their own personal choice, regardless
whether you agree with it or not.. Homosexuals are NOT abnormal and bu
saying they are, then you are also saying that heterosexuals are also
abnormal, as we all came from the same seed! (figure of speech)...
So please, if you wish to discuss this intelligently, feel free, I wouls
love to read intelligent responces, but If you have nothing of any real
relevance to say, then please keep it to yourself.. And to simply be
pedantic is a waste of everyones time.

said.. "yes, his palms are pink". He has asked me whether two men or two
women can be married, I was honest with him, telling him that here (in
Perth) that legally, no they can't as they are not yet recognized by the
government.. But I'm sure that in the future they will be.. That my sons
play with Barbie dolls is child abuse??? So is it child abuse for a man to
kiss and cuddle his infant son??? Oh please.. that is simply rediculous!!!
As parents we have an obligation to children these days, to raise them as
open minded as possible, because times are not as they were, and people are
proud of who they are.. Why should anyone have to walk the streets worrying
about whether someone will attack them because they are a different colour
or that they are or Gay etc... Its what freedom of expression is all about!
My children will grow up to have one of three sexual preferences,
Gay/Lesbian, Bisexual or Heterosexual, that choice is theirs and theirs
alone, nothing I do or say will change that choice, and I will love them
unconditionally no matter what!
By the way, if you had read my post properly, you would have read that

better.. Cave man times... Back then, men were the hunter/ gatherers, and
women stayed home to care for the children the household and to hold down

holding down the fort by these women also included fighting for it, as the
men were often away hunting/gathering.. Also, there were no marriages as
such, as procreation meant doing whatever neccesary to keep children coming
as these was a much higher mortality rate than today.. That meant that the
men and women went with whomever was available.. The women and men were
Mother and Father to all children.. They were never their OWN... Also... The
men were away a LOT, so what do you thing they did for sexual satifaction
when there were no women around, as the same for the women??? It is simply
human nature to become involved in bisexual activities!
And how do you know for sure that we are born only for heterosexual acts
alone??? Show me how YOU came to this assumption! At least I had the decency

children acted pretty much exactly the same.. they had no concept of being

There is no way that I have an anti-family view of life.. I am very family
orientated.. You have no idea how much.. I am simply keeping up with the
times.. this is not the Victorian era! Rapists are who they are.. I will not

Bisexuality is normal.. I never once said it wasn't, but I was saying that

to 'recruit' as you put it... People are homosexual in their own right, they
don't 'become' homosexual, they are already that way. No, its not they
'can't cut it in a heterosexual relationship, maybe, heaven forbid, they
simply don't find it pleasurable! Geez its no different to a hetero saying I
don't like sex with a skinny person etc.. It all comes down to preference
and pleasure.
It is impossible to compare murder and pedeophilia to homosexuality, they
harm others, whereas homosexuality does not! There is no way I abuse my
children unless you call refusing to give them lollies right before dinner
abuse.. hahahahaha
And if you want to know the ins and outs, as you so perversly seem to, about
my relations with other women long ago.. There was never any 'female or
male' roles.. We were always equals.. I don't need absolution for what I
have done in the past, I don't regret what I have done.. My philosophy on
life is 'never regret something you have learnt from' and as I learnt from
it.. That makes it a good experience.

Predjudice?? I'm not the one with the predjudice. Only thing I'm intolerant
of is stupidity! But I'm not predjudiced against it, prefer to be
compassionate toward (and avoid) those who exhibit such tendencies.
