One small step for Blackwater just another step toward fascism.
The assorted Mercenary Brownshits are here in spite of words to the
contrary and you will be their victims.

"Rape, torture and murder brought to you by the Military Industrial
Complex. Completely above and outside the law and coming soon to a
community near you. How about the Blackwater mercenaries that were in
New Orleans after Katrina? Does the "rule of law" not apply to them
either? The Constitution doesn't apply to a corporate private army and
time and again this corporate Army has been hidden behind legal
gymnastics. Justice? Not in America. Consequences? Not for the
privileged. America deserves what it gets, we are STUPID!"

I'll see how happy the year was when it's over.

No thanks to Obama who has broken nearly every campaign promise he
made. Two idiotic wars still on, police state laws still in place,
congress still runs by legalized bribery.

What really happened is a lot more complicated but once a person
understand this they'll understand why the case was thrown out. The
State Department told these criminals from Blackwater that once they
give their statements to State, those statements wouldn't be used
against them. Then the State Department used their statements to get
more information which they used against them. The problem here is
self-incrimination. The judge ruled their statements can not be used
against them so murder is ok as long as you tell the State Department
you murdered a bunch of people in cold blood. This happened under the
Bush Admin, the Admin, that had no sense of decency or care about the
"rule of law."

Needless to say the judge is an idiot. A confession can be used
against a person. Isn't that self incrimination?

Clearly the State Department should not have told these murderers that
they could get away with murder if they confessed to it, but just
because the State Department became a criminal enterprise (under Bush)
doesn't mean the rest of the Constitution is moot.

Why are you constantly blaming Obama for a broken system? He is closing
Gitmo, taking troops out of Iraq, and, yes,. adding troops to Afghanistan
as he said he would. Obama cannot fix the congress. Only the people or
the courts can do that.

Gitmo, why, no waterboarding ever took place there, its just a load of
appeasement
which is gonna cost us 100+ million to move em along with those nice
trial lawyer
fees for no fucking reason.
Also, you see the new rules of engagement, might as well put blinders
on our guys
cause BO made em walking targets!
Just ask someone in the corps what they think about em!

Uh, there are people, with more credibility than you, that keep track of
these things. Of the 500 campaign promises Obama made, so far, he's
broken *9*.

Not to mention the attraction of inviting terrorists to make a statement
outside the court house and putting Americans at risk.

Great. Then why don't we hold these hearings down the street from your
house or where your child catches the bus on the way home from school?
