During the Iraq/Iran war Us threw support behind Iraq. US sharing many
weapons technologies. At one time US had matching or more poison gas
during the cold war as Russia did. US looked for every advantage to
give to Iraq at this time. In fact US met and negotiated with Saddam
personally! Rumsfeld spent a good amount of time with Saddam as well.

The U.S. restored formal relations with Iraq in November 1984, but the
U.S. had begun, several years earlier, to provide it with intelligence
and military support (in secret and contrary to this country's
official neutrality) in accordance with policy directives from

Osama bin Laden: Its widely known in the 80s the US CIA trained OBL
and his groups to fight the Soviets. They did have a great deal of
success causing havoc on the soviets. U.S. intelligence officials
believe bin Laden began to turn against the United States in the
mid-1980s — a time when he still took aid and training from the CIA,
which was then helping bin Laden and other Islamic groups fight the
Soviet Army in Afghanistan. The CIA funneled its aid through the
Pakistani secret service, the ISI, to various cells in Afghanistan,
one of them known as the MAK. In 1984, bin Laden broke with the MAK
and formed a separate, more radical splinter group that espoused a
harsh, fundamentalist version of Islam that was dedicated to the
liberation of Islamic nations from any foreign influences.

These Right Wing Hatriots cant understand or accept this history
lesson that this all happened on the Republicans clock! That its
policies to support these groups has backfired and cost us 100's of
billions of dollars, thousands of lives and now a new hatred for
America by its flip flop foreign policies. We (The US) created these
monsters and then have to go back and clean them up(Noriega also comes
to mind). Many Right Wing Extremists DONT EVEN know or acknowledge
this at all. They are all too busy getting drunk on Hannity Hatorade
practicing Hatriotism towards all liberals chanting like broken
records "You all hate america, You hate our troops, Your Unamerican".
Hannity/Limbaugh Hatriots sings the chorus "ITS ALL CLINTONS FAULT"
enough and the few weaker minded Right Wing Hatriot Choir joins right
in. No not all Conservatives buy into this. Actually I dont think the
majority do. But the ones who do buy into it bark the loudest.

Ok so Who "HATES AMERICAN" again? I will tell you who! These Extreme
Right Wingers preaching Hatriotism. Thats who!
