I believe that we have had this discussion previously:
1. There is NO doubt that the framers of the Constitution wanted to
safeguard freedom, rule of law, justice and the will of the people.
2. Your "interpretation" is that the framers wanted it ALL for the
Whiteman; I DO NOT DISAGREE.
My contention is that point 1 must be maintained whilst point 2 should
be interpreted as "for better governance" s51(xxvi).
Point 1 makes for civilised society whilst point 2, drives us back to
savages; "for better governance" is another discretionary clause which
can easily be abused (as in the NT intervention, i will get to later)
With due respect sir, your reading of the"intentions" of the framers
of the Constitution is an anachronism: the Constitution by itself does
NOT discriminate based on RACE in an adverse way.
If a referendum on multiculturalism (for argument sakes) were to take
place, chances are the idiots would vote to get rid of it. But here is
what would happen, the International Community would ostracise
Australia, and the Chinese would buy mineral ore from South America,
leaving Australia with dirt ! Where would the Lucky Country be without
the global community.
Global Community means global laws: unlike the US, Australia has not
only signed UN human rights treaties, ICCPR and ICERD, inter alia,
they also signed up to the International Criminal Court's Rome
Statutes. (Whiteman and treaty DONOT go together to well)
Has the Commonwealth of Australia done all this with the will of the
Australian people, as in a referendum? Thats NOT my problem.

intention of removing the "Equal Opportunity" part so that their

The Commission and the Judges dont have discretionary powers at all,
they must comply with the two UN Human Rights Treaties as enshrined
"discriminatorily" by the 2+ local laws RDA1975 and HREOCA1986.
We are not interested in playing or participating in the Whiteman's
game of "Judicial Bullshit" (TM) as you seem to be doing; what we ask
is for the rule of law to upheld, and not having the legal goalpost

M142 of 2007 Pham vs French & ors, is about a high court judge (Hayne
J) running the case for an absent respondent; where in the
Constitution does it say a judge can run a case for any persons before
the court? ICCPR 14.1 enforces an independent and impartial judiciary.
Not only that but Hayne J modified the Writ of Mandamus into a Writ of
ceratori, without our authorisation. Where in Constitution, does it
say a judge can modify the frame of reference of the court
application?
The French we are talking about is none other than our current Chief
Justice of the High Court, Robert Shenton French. Kevin Rudd knew
about a Application for Mandamus against French J, and yet made him
the Chief Justice. Where is the separation of powers of executive and
judiciary as enshrine in the Constitution?

The Racist Hypocrites are not enacting "discriminatory" laws, they are
applying Human Rights laws discriminatorily based on which of their
friends they can save.
eg. they slander the Indigenous people with child abuse (which occurs

John Handley, and see the abuse of the Evidence Act, in the AAT

evidence) so that Appeals cannot brought on facts (one of the worst
case of conspiracy to pervert justice by the Australia Judiciary); we
brought it on judicial bias which their corrupt judges including
French decide to do extra-judicial fudging of the book.
Leave to Appeals is the worst abuse of discretionary powers in
Australian Judicature, is it permissible in the Constitution; it will
be tested in the High Court.
These judges are corrupt and useless; whenever they do not have legal
responses they then install "deputy" registars and prothonotary to
deal with questions of law (Gummow and Crennan, Byrne JJ); Does the
Constitution allow these administrative officers to act as a judicial
officers?
As a matter of fact: are Australian Judges even appointed legally by
order of the Privy Council and the Queen, through your precious
Constitution? If NOT then the Australian "judiciary" is acting
extra-judicial and ultra vires (a term i have introduced to you, and
glad to see you using).
Anyone charged with sedition or terrorism, should challenge the
validity of the judges or just use a defense of Citizen's Arrest of
corrupt judicial officers and government officials.

As a CONSTITUTIONALIST I am well aware of the expressed intentions
of the Framers of the Constitution�s intention that the Commonwealth
is prohibited to enact any race legislation against the general
community.
While the High court of Australia claimed that the Racial
Discrimination Act is not enacted within s.51(xxvi) but within
external powers the Framers of the Constitution made clear that any
legislative powers within �external powers� were and could only be
derived of legislative powers already provided in the constitution. As
such, the commonwealth could not for example make some treaty about
education with a foreign country and then claim it now has legislative
powers to deal with education because it is not in principle a
legislative powers that was provided to the Commonwealth. The
legislative powers of the Racial discrimination Act cannot eventuate
merely because the commonwealth fancy to make some treaty with
whomever because of that principle were adopted then there was
absolutely no need for the Framers of the Constitution to provide
specific legislative powers within s.51 and s52 because all it needed
to do was to give it original powers in all matters.

The Framers of the Constitution for example specifically stated
that �environment� was to remain State legislative powers. Hence,
�external powers� cannot override the limitations and cannot by some
backdoor manner provide the Commonwealth with legislative powers it
was specifically denied by the Framers of the constitution.

Another example is that the Commonwealth has no legislative powers
to determine the nationality of a person born within the Commonwealth
of Australia as none of the s.51 subsections permit for this. The
Commonwealth can naturalise aliens but again you find no legislative
powers to determine the nationality of any child born within the
commonwealth of Australia as they are by the legal principles embedded
in the Constitution �subject of the British Crown.

It must be clear that the terminology used by the Framers of the
Constitution are; �British subject�, �to make persons subjects of the
British Empire.�, �with the consent of the Imperial authority�, �What
is meant is a dual citizenship in Mr. Trenwith and myself. That is to
say, I am a citizen of the state and I am also a citizen of the
Commonwealth; that is the dual citizenship.�, �we are all alike
subjects of the British Crown.�.
It is beyond the Parliament and also the High Court of Australia
to alter the nationality of any subject of the Queen.
The High Court of Australia is constituted by the constitution and
as such cannot override the legal principles embedded in the
constitution. As such, the Sue v Hill and the Tasmania Dam decisions
were without legal force as the High Court of Australia exceeded its
judicial powers.

Aboriginals supported the 1967 referendum to amend s.51(xxvi) so
they too could be discriminated against, precisely what the Framers of
the Constitution sought to prevent, and as such Aboriginals cannot now
complain about racial discrimination where they supported the
referendum for this.
What however Aboriginals can complain about is that the Northern
Territory Intervention not being a law against all Aboriginals
(consider Hindmarsh case) then it is invalid in law. Either all
Aboriginals anywhere in the Commonwealth of Australia were subjected
to special legislation or none at all.

Likewise the Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islanders Act is
unconstitutional as it deals with more then one race!

Do keep in mind that the Framers of the Constitution made it very
clear that s.51(xxvi) was specifically to avoid any problems with
International law as they were aware that International law cannot
override constitutional provisions.

While it is a bit complicated to explain in this response you
would in my view have a better option to try to rely upon the European
Union�s Human Rights provisions provided it doesn�t conflict with
Commonwealth law, as it can only be applied as a complimentary
legislation. Again, to explain this is too lengthy for this response.

I am well aware that so to say various Federal government and also
the courts couldn�t give a hood about what is constitutionally
appropriate where it doesn�t serve their purposes, but still we need
to pursue matters within the context of the constitution. The
constitution doesn�t belong to the government or the courts but

I can understand the utter frustration you and others may endure
in your fight for JUSTICE but try to channel it through the right
processes and base your arguments upon what is constitutionally viable
and then I suggest you recommence whatever you pursue.

If for example you were to pursue the unconstitutionality of the
Northern Territory Intervention that it should also be applied
otherwise to other Aboriginals including lawyers who are living in
cities like Melbourne and Sydney, then you might get far more

1. conspire to pervert the Australian de facto Bill of Rights,

7. there are subtle and not so subtle (if you know what to look
for) institutional, systemic unlawful racial discrimination, and human
rights violations, to health, to education, to employment, as
enshrined in ICCPR and ICERD and enforced/able under HREOCA1986;
8. Its time for the International Criminal Court to look at abuse
of the legal system and legal principles from the Australian Judiciary
and system and parliament, in perverting justice and conspiring to
cause injury, arbitrary extra-judicial decisions, under the Crimes
against Humanity clause in the Rome statutes of the ICC.
9. Remember that HREOCA1986 is as close to common law as you can
get whilst implementing ICCPR and ICERD, the 2 human rights treaties;
10. Les Malezer (Aborigines "leader" and recipient of Human Rights
Medal 2008) was asked to enquire about racial discrimination in Geneva
at the Office of the High Commissioner for Human Rights. After having
arrived back in Australia, Les Malezer has gone silent and refusing to

This is why i want this in the Courts as a precedence.
There will be a further complaint of racial discrimination against
the Medical Board of Victoria, that i will ask you to determine, and i
expect ALL correspondence to be in writing and on the Human Rights
Comissionn letterhead, even if the email is legal tender.
Right now I am expecting the termination papers as required by law
against Mr Burt.

This Commission can look into complaints of discrimination

discrimination may occur where a person is treated less favourably
than another person in the same or similar circumstances and the
reason for that less favourable treatment is the person�s race.
In order to support a complaint of race discrimination, it is
not enough for a person to show that he or she is from a particular
racial background and has suffered some sort of unfair treatment. He
or she must show that the unfair treatment was based on or linked to
his or her race in one of the areas covered under the RDA.
While I appreciate that you believe that Mr Burt refused to
provide you with his service because of your race, you have not
clearly set out how the actions or behaviour of Mr Burt was linked to
your race. You state that Mr Burt accused you of "playing the race
card" however you have not stated why you believe that the reason he
treated you the way he did was because of your race. You have also not
stated what racial background you are from.
If you believe you have further information which would
support that Mr Burt's actions occurred because of your race then the
Commission would be happy to consider this information.
The Office of the Health Services Commissioner may be a more
appropriate body to deal with this complaint as it can take complaints
about the actions of doctors generally. Its website is:

1. I give notice of unprofessional conduct of Mr Peter Burt;
2. Mr Peter Burt wants me to make a complaint against him; I
am making a full formal complaint against Mr Burt�s unprofessional
conduct;
3. Mr Burt wants me to accuse him of racial discrimination; I
am accusing Mr Burt of unlawful racial discrimination;
4. Mr Burt wants me to make the complaint public; I will make
the complaint very public;
5. Mr Burt wants me to make it personal; I will make it
personal;
6. Mr Burt freely admitted that my case was an emergency case;
7. On the 8th of July 2009, I presented at Mr Burt�s surgery;
8. I noticed his waiting room was full and busy;
9. I waited around for over one hour and 45 min to see Mr
Burt;
10. In his office, I made an off the cuff remark, that more than
30 min wait was beyond tolerable;
11. Mr Burt then made some remarks about emergency surgeries at
the hospital;
12. I have contacts with many health professionals, and I know
sometimes professionals just say things to appease the patients; I
made another off the cuff question seeking how many surgeries he had
done, especially when Mr Burt was standing there in his pinstripe
suit;
13. Mr Burt then got all flustered and pulled in one of his
assistants, just to clarify his 7 �emergency surgeries�;
14. Mr Burt then accused me of playing the �race card�; which
means he was the one noticing race;
15. By this time, 10-15 min had passed and I was getting eager
to have the session over with;
16. Mr Burt then refused to carry through with the consultation,
citing he was �insulted and that (I) haven�t apologised�;
17. I am now accusing Mr Burt of racial discrimination, for lack
of duty of care, violation of his Hippocratic Oath and being a total
disgrace to the memory of Dr Fred Hollows;
18. Mr Burt refused to see an emergency patient, in violation of
all professional codes of conduct; Mr Burt noted that I had bleeding
at the back of the eyes;
19. Mr Burt then fluffed me off to a junior physician, who had
to refer me to another specialist; I have no idea if I have been
treated correctly;
20. Given my emergency status, I could have sustained serious or
life-threatening or long-term injury;
21. By passing me onto another physician, Mr Burt inconvenienced
another patient, which I had clearly indicated to Mr Burt;
22. Now I did mention to Mr Burt in front of his assistant that I
am willing to go through with the examination, if Mr Burt was
professional enough to act like a health professional;
23. Mr Burt obviously indicated that he wasn�t professional
enough and shouldn�t be allowed to rort public purse for his pinstripe
suits;
24. Especially if Mr Burt has a personal system of punishment for
�difficult� patients;
25. Mr Burt then had the nerve to charge me for services in his
name and provider number;
26. I find that fraudulent; I had a suspicion that Mr Burt rushes
through many patients without providing proper care and attention in
order to rort the health system and/or medicare;
27. It may be that Mr Burt does not need Hippocratic Oath, but I
want to see if he has a duty to care;
28. Mr Burt will be sent this formal complaint, for his response;
29. I am now seeking a full and public apology; to be sent to
myself and posted in B3 size in front of his surgery: for lack of
professional conduct, and duty of care, unlawful racial
discrimination,

Australia, its politicians and judges, in their attempts of genocide

Territories are now put on Notice, for
1. the conspiracy to pervert the course of justice by
Commonwealth and State officers including judicial officers,
administrative officers, parliamentarians, police officers inter alia;
2. the conspiracy to cause injury and death to Australian
Citizens;
3. abuse of discretion, and legal precedents, Australian and
international laws;
4. fabricating evidence and documents;
5. perverting the Commonwealth of Australia Constitution (the
Constitution), a Christian document, in order to
6. incite racial hatred, pitting white Australia against
Australians from other backgrounds, creed and religion;
7. conspiring to cause injury and deaths, which
8. constituting crimes under Australian laws, international laws
and statute of the International Criminal Court, inter alia
9. acts of genocide by slow death;
10. acts of treatment of human degradation and abuse, amounting to
torture;
11. extra-judicial imprisonment, and slavery;
12. authorising unlawful police abuse, torture and genocide of
Australians;
13. Without consent, amounting to rape and torture;
14. Breach of United Nations Treaties:
a. International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights (ICCPR);
b. International Covenant on the Elimination of All Forms of
Racial Discrimination (ICERD);
15. Breach of the Universal Declaration on Human Rights (UDHR);
16. Breach of the Rome Statute of the International Criminal Court
(ICC).
17. Australia has breached both ICCPR and ICERD
a. in implementation of the Northern Territory (NT) intervention
in Indigenous culture and lives;
b. without giving six (6) months notice for seceding from either
Treaties;
c. implementation of the Australia Act as an extension of the
White Australia Policy;
d. conspiring with their Judges including the High Court
Australia, inter alia, in order to engaging in acts and acts of
omission that violate the Constitution, and other Australian laws
including the Evidence Act, the Crimes Act, and international laws
including ICCPR, ICERD, inter alia;
e. authorising statutory bodies including state and federal
police, medical boards and local council, inter alia, to violate local
and international laws;
18. Australia has breached the Rome Statute of the ICC:
a. By engaging in genocide by slow death by authorising statutory
bodies including the police and medical boards, to violate local and
international laws, causing deaths and injury;
b. Crimes against humanity: by authorising statutory bodies
including the police and medical boards, to violate local and
international laws, causing deaths and injury; false imprisonment, and
hate crimes.
19. We don't intend to mince words with a bunch of racist "White
Australia" vigilantes, because genocide and crimes against humanity
deserve the harshest condemnation;
20. Below is irrefutable evidence of judicial corruption,
perverting justice, unlawful racial discrimination, in the name of the
Australia Act.
21. Corrupt Australian Parliamentarians, cowardly instructing
their dishonourable judges to re-react White Australia Policy in
stealth, in the name of the Australia Act, in violation of the
Constitution.
22. Racist "White Australia Policy" vigilantes hiding behind
dishonourable judges who abuse discretion in re-implementing the White
Australia Act;
23. Cowardly dishonourable Judges abusing discretion in abusing
Australian laws, the Constitution, the Evidence Act, the Human Rights
and Equal Opportunity Act (HREOCA), Racial discrimination Act (RDA),
inter alia, in addition to internal laws ICCPR, ICERD.

Background:
1. Australia has a genocide past and present; their forefathers
sought to wipe out the Indigenous peoples; almost succeeding on the
island state (?) of Tasmania;
2. They instituted the White Australia Policy;
3. In an attempt to join with the civilised world, the
Australians become signatory to many Human Rights Treaties under the
auspices of the United Nations, including ICCPR, ICERD, and the Rome
statutes of the ICC.
4. In order to do so, they hid their White Australia Policy under
a new act called the Australia Act, after having enacted ICCPR and
ICERD under the HREOCA, RDA and other local human rights laws;
5. The Australia Act attempts to empower Australian Judges with
unconstitutional powers as puppets for the Executive branch,
dispensing with judicial system and legal precedents and the
collective human experience attained from understandings from a nation
empire, the United Kingdom, where ethnic and religious strife have
been ongoing for centuries;
6. These Judges are to act as vigilantes for the White Australia
Policy, dispensing with the rule of law and abusing discretionary
powers, like delinquent juveniles, without any checks and balances for
their abuses, left to their own sandlot devices;
7. However, Australian signatures on International Treaties
provide for the policing of Australian racist vigilante criminals
under the United Nations auspices;
8. We have clear and irrefutable abuse of the Commonwealth of
Australia Constitution, and thereby the abuse of the Australia people;
9. We seek that the Committee for the International Covenant on
the Elimination of ALL Forms of Racism, to redefine the term "racism"
for the Australian Judiciary, since they have unlawfully refused to do
so;
10. We seek that the Human Rights Council disqualify Australia and
revoke its membership from the United Nations of civilised peoples;
11. We seek that the International Criminal Court prosecute
Australia for genocide and Crimes Against Humanity, authorised and
endorsed by the Australian Judiciary and the High Court Australia;

Northern Territory Intervention in Indigenous Culture and Wellbeing:
1. Another illegal land grab by the Commonwealth of Australia
under the guise of child protection;
2. Theft, rape and murder of Australian Indigenous peoples,
WITHOUT CONSENT OF THE AUSTRALIAN PEOPLE, authorised by the Australian
High Court at the behest of the Howard Government, and maintained by
the Rudd Government;
3. The Australian government took the extraordinary step to have
the High Court Australia legitimise their unlawful activities, by
fabricating evidence, and having the Racial Discrimination Act
repealed for Northern Territory Indigenous peoples;
4. The Committee for ICERD, is now asked to determine if this is
not direct DISCRIMINATION AGAINST A PARTICULAR RACE, under HREOCA, and
ICERD, inter alia;
5. A recurring theme throughout this submission, IS THE
FABRICATION OF EVIDENCE BY THE COMMONWEALTH OF AUSTRALIA against its
citizens, endorsed and authorised by the Australian Judiciary and the
High Court Australia;
6. The Human Rights Council is asked to determine whether
a. High Court Australia has jurisdiction to unilaterally secede
Australia from ICERD and ICCPR, inter alia;
b. WITHOUT proper notification to the United Nations;
c. WITHOUT consent from the Australian people to wage war on
defenceless people by sending in the Australian Army;
d. And then racially targeting a group of peoples for
displacement and apartheid, socially and culturally, depriving them of
their land and possessions;
e. In breach of local laws, HREOCA AND RDA, and international
laws, ICERD and ICCPR, inter alia;
f. Australia should be used as an example for the rest of the
world, and have its membership in the UN revoked;
7. Allegations against the Indigenous peoples have, to no
surprise, proven to be false under full public scrutiny;
8. And yet the unlawful racial targeting of Indigenous peoples
continues unabated;
9. We will file a challenge and injunction against the unlawful
apartheid and extra-judicial imprisonment of Indigenous peoples;
10. We seek that the International Criminal Court send observers
to monitor the Kangaroo Courts of Australia in session and prosecute
them under International and local laws;

Phuong Ngo Criminal Case
1. We are not here to determine this man's guilt or innocence, of
which charge is dubious in itself;
2. It is said to be Australia's only political assassination
case; in fact, it is a double political assassination case: John
Newman and Phuong Ngo.
3. After a few mis-trials by incompetent Police and Office of
Public Prosecutions (OPP), Phuong Ngo was convicted of "plotting" the
murder of John Newman, and sentenced.
4. Many legal experts and professors, journalists and human
rights defenders called it an "UNSAFE" conviction;
5. The conviction is labelled UNSAFE because the OPP gave full
immunity to the confessed shooters and killers of John Newman.
6. "In the land of the blind, the one-eyed man" may be king, but
any blind man can see that if you give immunity to confessed killers,
they will say what you what them to say; even the blind can see that
"beyond reasonable doubt" principle is threatened, by the mere fact of
immunity;
7. After we indicated that we would submit a Habeus Corpus for Mr
Ngo, the NSW government set up a public show-pony of a hearing and
$700,000 jobs-for-the-boys, in order to attack and humiliate publicly,
legal experts and professors, journalists and human rights defenders,
without barely looking at the facts at hand, for a man destined to
lose his freedom on hearsay evidence;
8. It saved their current sitting judges from exposing themselves
as racist hypocrites, and thereby having their pensions suspended, by
having some retired judge acting as their lapdog;
9. Not only did the retired judge David Patten attack defenders
of the rule of law relentlessly, but he re-affirmed that confessed
killers are more reliable witnesses than Australian Citizens, probably
of Asian descent; that White police and prosecutors who make a mistake
on testimony are innocent mistakes but Australian citizens of Asian
descent deserve life imprisonment for lapse of memory, for concocted
and hearsay testimonies of confessed killers and shooters;
10. It is NOT reasonable for those who plot murders to be onsite
when the killing occurs; you can plot the black deaths in and out of
custody from the High Court Australia and pretend that you don't have
blood on your hands (below);
11. What is NOT clear is if the JURY was properly instructed on
the immunity given to confessed killers and shooters, so we will still
file Habeus Corpus for Mr Phuong Ngo;
12. We seek that the International Criminal Court send observers
to monitor the Kangaroo Courts of Australia in session and prosecute
them under International and local laws;
13. Living in fear is what it means to be a slave;
14. Fear of the OPP and the police giving immunity to confessed
killers and shooters in order to engage in extra-judicial imprisonment
of people they and their masters do not like.

Emeritus professor Don Greig of Australian National University,
academic Hugh Selby, will be asked to file documents to the United
Nations and the ICC;

Black Deaths in and out of Custody
1. Compared to the Phuong Ngo case, these cases demonstrate how
corrupt, racist, a Mickey Mouse judicial system is run by the
Australian Judiciary in order to implement White Australia Policy to
protect their white racist mates;
2. A young Aborigines boy, TJ Hickey was run over and impaled by
white policemen. Suffice to say, the black boy deserved to die for
daring to look at the whiteman; The Kensington, Flemington, Fitzroy
Legal Centers have filed a submission for TJ Hickey; it's imperative
that they file submissions for ALL victims of racist "White Australia
Policy" vigilantes of the State (States and Commonwealth);
3. A black Aborigines Man, Mr Ward was left to die in the back of
a security van in the middle of a heatwave in the middle of the
desert;
4. Numerous Black deaths in custody by the hand of the police
when they think no one is looking, leads a courageous Indigenous Man,
Lex Wotton, to fight back for his people, resulting in more hearsay
evidence and incarceration;
5. The Kensington, Flemington and Fitzroy Legal Centers report
numerous (60+) attacks and intimidation of African immigrants by the
Victorian Police; they are asked to provide the ICC with those
reports;
6. Indian students are now targets for death by racist vigilante
Australians; if the corrupt, racist police, lawyers, politicians can
cause death, why not the simple Australians;
7. A four year old Aborigines girl was left to die when a
Queensland hospital refused to admit her for observations;
8. If anyone has been plotting murder, it's been the High Court
Australia;
9. The outgoing arguably honourable Michael Kirby (High Court)
has labelled the French High Court racist for refusing to hear cases
involving Aborigines;
10. The Appeals Court Victoria, Maxwell, Campbell et al, have
authorised that white police constables Simon Riddle, Rebecca Barrett,
Robert Spillane, can commit perjury in a court of law;
11. The Victorian Office of Police Integrity refuses to
investigate these officers but have enough time to prejudice and kill
off their cases against other corrupt police officers.
12. All under the knowledge and authorisation of the Victorian
Attorney General Hulls;
13. Proceedings will commence against the Victorian Attorney
General; the ICC prosecutors are sought to observe the Kangaroo Courts
in session;
PHAM vs French & Ors M142 of 2007, VID91/2009, and others
1. A fifteen year sacrifice by C Pham in order to expose a
corrupt white racist Australian Judiciary;
2. What was initially a breach of contract by the Royal Australia
Navy, and unlawful racial discrimination, against its own officer;
3. Led to coverup of unlawful racial discrimination, and attempts
to cause injury in the workplace, by
i. The Human Rights and Equal Opportunity Commission and its
presidents;
ii. Australian Tribunals and Judiciary;
4. In M412 of 2007, a Writ of Mandamus was filed against the then
Federal Court Judge Robert Shenton French et al, for denial of justice
and fabricating evidence; The Prime minister having known of the fact
promptly appointed French the Chief Justice of the High Court; SO much
for separation of powers;
5. The presiding High Court judge, Hayne J, decides that Mandamus
was actually spelt Certiorari; modifying application, without consent
is RAPE; continous case of getting raped by the Australian Judiciary;
6. Australia must be the only system whereby the Chief Justice of
the highest court in the land had been served with a Writ of Mandamus
for perverting justice;
7. In VID91/2009, once again the Federal Court Judge Middleton J,
refuses to answer questions of law under a Notice of a Constitutional
Matter;
8. In front of witnesses and Aboriginal leaders including Sharon
Firebrace, the judge Middleton J refuses to answer challenge to his
suitability to hear the case if he had indeed not taken the oath of
office; Middleton J continues to refuse to answer whether he had taken
the oath of office, verbally or in writing;
9. Middleton J in his written "opinion" did authorise that the
Commonwealth of Australia can dispense with the rule of evidence,
pervert the Evidence Act; fabricate documents and signatures;

10. Between 2000 and 2010, Heerey, Ryan, Marshall, North, French,
Hayne, Gummow, Crennan JJ et al,
a. Did label the Human Rights and Equal Opportunity Commission
Act 1986 a "general" rule;
b. Did abuse discretion and refusing to answer questions of law
under Notice(s) of a Constitutional Matter;
c. Did authorise the police to cause bodily harm and deaths to
Aborigines and White Australians and other Australians;
d. Did pervert justice by allowing John Handley (Administratative
Appeals Tribunal), Tim de Uray (AGS), Paul Mentor (Sparke Helmore),
Joe Lenczer (AGS) and others, to fabricate evidence and documents;
e. Did unlawfully racially discriminate by cowardly authorising
High Court Registrars (Mussolino, Weybury et al), State Registars
(Saltalamacchia et al) to refuse filing court documents alleging human
rights violation by Commonwealth and state officials and police; inter
alia;
f. Plot the deaths of Aborigines (Ward, TJ Hickey) and others,
false imprisonment of Australians (Phuong Ngo, and Lex Wotton);
g. Habeus Corpus will be filed for All Australians for false
imprisonment outside of the Constitution, extra-judicially;
h. The arguably Honorable Michael Kirby labelled the French High
Court racist for refusing to hear application by Aborigines for
answers to questions of law;
i. Michael Pelley of the Australian Newspaper labelled the French
High Court Racist hypocrites for inconsistent rulings based on based
personal opinions in order to maintain judicial pensions at the cost
to taxpayers;
j. Law professors and journalists and human rights advocates
labelled the Phuong Ngo conviction as "UNSAFE" because the evidence
was outrageously lacking, allowing prosecutors and police to
manipulate evidence and poorly informing jury; "Beyond reasonable
doubt" is abused;
k. The corruption and abuse of discretion of judicial and
commonwealth officers have made a mockery of the "Beyond reproach"
fitness test for Judicial officers;
l. To save the White man from himself, Aborigines leaders
including Robbie Thorpe will be asking to file Mandamus against the
Chief Justice of the High Court to the Queen in Council;
m. We urge all other Australians to do so to protect the
Constitution;
n. Alleging conspiracy to pervert of the Constitution, a
Christian document, in inciting racial hatred and genocide, in the
name of God, without having made the Oath of Office:
o. By the Executive (The Howard and Rudd Government);
p. By the Judiciary, French, Hayne et al;
q. By the Parliament, both sides of politics represented by
Senators Barnett (Liberals) and Crossin (Labour) and the Senate Legal
and Constitutional Affairs Committee;
r. Commonwealth Of Australia Constitution Act Chapter VIII.
Alteration Of The Constitution.
128. This Constitution shall not be altered except in the following
manner:--

74. Except as provided in this section, this Constitution shall not
impair any right which the Queen may be pleased to exercise by virtue
of Her Royal prerogative to grant special leave of appeal from the

(iii.) In which the Commonwealth, or a person suing or being sued on
behalf of the Commonwealth, is a party:

the High Court shall have original jurisdiction.
Abuses against White Australia:
1. It would be laughable if the racist vigilante judges use the
excuse that it wouldn't be racism if they abuse the laws against white
Australia as well;
2. So are the cases against J Wilson, J Bauksis using and abusing
the police and sheriffs in order to intimidate physically and
psychologically, depriving of

4. Dogwhistling authorisation from the judiciary to the police,
to statutory bodies such as the Medical Board of Victoria, the
Administrative Appeals Tribunal and other tribunals; leading to
diminished public safety for immigrants, indigenous and other
Australians;
5. The former President of Human Rights and Equal Opportunity
Commission, John von Doussa, had been lying to the United Nations
regarding human rights abuses in Australia;
6. Von Doussa perverted the HREOCA 46PO (which is to have
discrimination and human rights cases heard in the courts) by refusing
to investigate or terminate cases before the commission;
7. This is to prevent exposure of their vigilante judges to the
HREOCA and the international laws, ICERD and ICCPR and Rome Statutes
of the ICC;
8. We believe the Prime Minister has appointed a new Chief
Justice of the Federal Court

Admissibility
1. We believe that these corrupt racist "white Australia policy"
vigilantes, judges and politicians are in violation of the following
local and international laws:
ICCPR:
Article 14
1. All persons shall be equal before the courts and tribunals. In
the determination of any criminal charge against him, or of his rights
and obligations in a suit at law, everyone shall be entitled to a fair
and public hearing by a competent, independent and impartial tribunal
established by law.
5. Everyone convicted of a crime shall have the right to his
conviction and sentence being reviewed by a higher tribunal according
to law.
Article 16
Everyone shall have the right to recognition everywhere as a person
before the law.
Article 17
1. No one shall be subjected to arbitrary or unlawful interference
with his privacy, family, or correspondence, nor to unlawful attacks
on his honour and reputation.
2. Everyone has the right to the protection of the law against such
interference or attacks.
ICC:
Article 5
Crimes within the jurisdiction of the Court
1. The jurisdiction of the Court shall be limited to the most
serious crimes of concern to the international community as a whole.
The Court has jurisdiction in accordance with this Statute with
respect to the following crimes:
(a) The crime of genocide;
(b) Crimes against humanity;
(c) War crimes;
Article 6
Genocide
For the purpose of this Statute, "genocide" means any of the following
acts committed with intent to destroy, in whole or in part, a
national, ethnical, racial or religious group, as such:
(a) Killing members of the group;
(b) Causing serious bodily or mental harm to members of the group;
(c) Deliberately inflicting on the group conditions of life
calculated to bring about its physical destruction in whole or in
part;
(e) Forcibly transferring children of the group to another group.
Article 7
Crimes against humanity
1. For the purpose of this Statute, "crime against humanity"
means any of the following acts when committed as part of a widespread
or systematic attack directed against any civilian population, with
knowledge of the attack:
(a) Murder;
(b) Extermination;
(c) Enslavement;
(d) Deportation or forcible transfer of population;
(e) Imprisonment or other severe deprivation of physical liberty
in violation of fundamental rules of international law;
(f) Torture;
(g) Rape, sexual slavery, enforced prostitution, forced pregnancy,
enforced sterilization, or any other form of sexual violence of
comparable gravity;
(h) Persecution against any identifiable group or collectivity on
political, racial, national, ethnic, cultural, religious, gender as
defined in paragraph 3, or other grounds that are universally
recognized as impermissible under international law, in connection
with any act referred to in this paragraph or any crime within the
jurisdiction of the Court;
(i) Enforced disappearance of persons;
(j) The crime of apartheid;
(k) Other inhumane acts of a similar character intentionally
causing great suffering, or serious injury to body or to mental or
physical health.
2. For the purpose of paragraph 1:
(a) "Attack directed against any civilian population" means a
course of conduct involving the multiple commission of acts referred
to in paragraph 1 against any civilian population, pursuant to or in
furtherance of a State or organizational policy to commit such attack;
(b) "Extermination" includes the intentional infliction of
conditions of life, inter alia the deprivation of access to food and
medicine, calculated to bring about the destruction of part of a
population;
(c) "Enslavement" means the exercise of any or all of the powers
attaching to the right of ownership over a person and includes the
exercise of such power in the course of trafficking in persons, in
particular women and children;
(d) "Deportation or forcible transfer of population" means forced
displacement of the persons concerned by expulsion or other coercive
acts from the area in which they are lawfully present, without grounds
permitted under international law;
(e) "Torture" means the intentional infliction of severe pain or
suffering, whether physical or mental, upon a person in the custody or
under the control of the accused; except that torture shall not
include pain or suffering arising only from, inherent in or incidental
to, lawful sanctions;
(f) "Forced pregnancy" means the unlawful confinement of a woman
forcibly made pregnant, with the intent of affecting the ethnic
composition of any population or carrying out other grave violations
of international law. This definition shall not in any way be
interpreted as affecting national laws relating to pregnancy;
(g) "Persecution" means the intentional and severe deprivation of
fundamental rights contrary to international law by reason of the
identity of the group or collectivity;
(h) "The crime of apartheid" means inhumane acts of a character
similar to those referred to in paragraph 1, committed in the context
of an institutionalized regime of systematic oppression and domination
by one racial group over any other racial group or groups and
committed with the intention of maintaining that regime;
(i) "Enforced disappearance of persons" means the arrest,
detention or abduction of persons by, or with the authorization,
support or acquiescence of, a State or a political organization,
followed by a refusal to acknowledge that deprivation of freedom or to
give information on the fate or whereabouts of those persons, with the
intention of removing them from the protection of the law for a
prolonged period of time.
Article 8
War crimes
1. The Court shall have jurisdiction in respect of war crimes in
particular when committed as part of a plan or policy or as part of a
large-scale commission of such crimes.
Article 12
Preconditions to the exercise of jurisdiction
1. A State which becomes a Party to this Statute thereby accepts
the jurisdiction of the Court with respect to the crimes referred to
in article 5.

d. Failing to give six (6) months Notice to the UN of secession
from treaties, inter alia, ICCPR and ICERD, prior to reverting to
their genocidal and racist ways;
5. We seek an audience with the UN and the International Criminal
Court; on what amounts to state terrorism against its own people(s);
6. We seek that the United Nations and the International Criminal
Court send observers in order to ascertain that ICCPR article 14.1,
and 17, inter alia and all the articles relating to independent and
fair Judicial hearings, inter alia, are observed and protected as
inalienable rights;
7. We fully intend to file High Court challenges to the
Commonwealth of Australia's unlawful activities;
8. Is it the intention of the United Nations to continue to let
Australia continue with its genocidal practices and crimes against
humanity under both local and international laws.
9. A fifteen year sacrifice by c pham in order to expose a
corrupt white racist system; wasn't necessary, since the White
Australia Judiciary has found enough rope to hang themselves in the
Northern Territory Aborigines Intervention;
10. We expect that the ICCPR Articles 14.1 and 17, inter alia, to
be honoured and protected;
11. We are to file and expect to be heard in the Court of Law, on
the following matter, and questions of law, inter alia, WITHOUT
INTERFRENCE:
a. Validity of the NT intervention under HREOCA, and ICCPR,
ICERD, inter alia;
b. Validity of Appointments of Judges who have failed to take the
oath of office as prescribed by the Constitution;
c. Whether the Australia Act violated the Constitution; by
elimination of protection against corrupt High Court Australia, inter
alia;
d. Whether the Australia Act violated the Constitution; by
allowing the Senate Legal and Constitutional Affairs Committee to
violate Australian laws, HREOCA and RDA;
e. Whether the Australia Act violated the Constitution by
allowing the removal of the Grand Jury;
12. The International Criminal Court is now asked to provide such
protection for the Australian people under Article 12 of the Rome
Statute;
a. Protection against genocide;
b. Protection against crimes against humanity in
i. Conspiracy to pervert justice;
ii. Conspiracy to cause injury and deaths;
iii. False imprisonment;
iv. Inciting racial hatred;
v. Mental and psychological torture by abuse of law and justice;
vi. Theft of possession and lands;
vii. Theft of legal rights before the Law;
viii. Inter alia.
13. We seek that the Australian Federal Police to investigate and
prosecute
a. ALL the names mentioned within this document, including c pham
who had the courage to make his testimonies under oath, in an attempt
to expose how the Australian Judiciary conducts findings of evidence
and facts;
b. Australia Judicial Officers who have not taken the oath of
office to be removed with immediate effect;
c. Statutory bodies, such as the federal and state police
officers; to be investigated and indicted for murder and abuse of
position;
d. Statutory bodies, such as the Medical Board of Victoria; in
protection of corrupt doctors who discriminate based on race, inter
alia, causing injuries and death;
e. Statutory bodies, such as the Human Rights and Equal
Opportunity Commission; for failure to comply with HREOCA 46PO, inter
alia;
f. Statutory bodies, such as the High Court Registry and the
Federal Court Registry; for failure to comply with Court Rules for
proper filing of court documents, inter alia.

Frankly anyone who believes that -- the about to take place elections is an
exercise in Democracy, is a bloody lunatic...
This is no democracy, this is a friggin circus. Notice how polite I've
become...am not using the F word no more. If you believe that, you'll
believe anything. Including that Iraq is a democracy today. Democracy - my
foot!
Yesterday Al-Sharkiya TV, quoting OFFICIAL figures for the month of February
alone, stated that over 382 Iraqis were killed, preparing and paving the way
for Democracy...
The AP figures of 255 is WRONG.
Since am on the subject of news outlets, I am DISGUSTED with Al-Jazeera
English total lack of coverage of Iraqi lost lives in the name of
Democracy...

A few revelations, not rumors I promise you.
One candidate from INA (the Iranian National Alliance) presented himself as
a Doctor... Upon investigation, this Doctor from Mayssan Province, turned
out to have never finished university. He did a teacher's training course
for elementary classes. And his exams results were shown on TV, he failed
miserably in all subjects except PE. i.e Physical Education.
Another candidate spent 450'000 Dollars printing posters of his ugly face in
Beirut, and shipping them to Baghdad in cartons.
The above two are just small examples of the kind of specimens that are
ruling Iraq...
One Arabic TV, am not sure if it was Al-Sharqiya or Arabiya ran a very short
documentary on the state of palm trees in Iraq. All the palm trees are dying
because of lack of water, thanks to fucked up Iran, diverting the water flow
by building illegal dams.
Anyways, they interviewed this poor old farmer. He said I lost everything,
except two palm trees, that's all I've got left and am tending to them as my
own children. And what does the government do ? They come and plaster their
shitty faces on my palm tree trunks. He used the word shitty.
I suppose that kind of sums up Iraqi democracy under occupation, that kind
of sums up the democracy brought on by America.

First it was the Da Vinci Code controversy - It was everywhere! Dan Brown's book said Jesus in not divine or God, and the gospels as we know them, had been changed, and after Jesus stay here on earth, men raised his status to the level of God. Could any of this be true?
Now the Christian scholar, Professor Bart Ehran's book "Misquoting Jesus" claims they do not even have a "copy of a copy of a copy of a copy of a copy" of anything from the original writings of any of the writers of the Old or the New Testament. What does this do to the faithful?
Ancient secrets of the Church, hidden for centuries have actually been revealed and published in books prior to the Da Vinci Code. Baigent and Leigh have produced other books from researchers point of view over the last two decades, including "Dead Sea Scrolls Deception", "Holy Blood, Holy Grail", and "Messianic Legacy." These books were topics of hot debate when they came out in the early 90's and certainly they have fueled an ongoing interest into just exactly who was this man Jesus, what was his message and what happened to him?
Islam provided solid evidence over 1,400 years ago. The answer, according to Muslim scholars has been in the Quran for over fourteen hundred years Some may be surprised to learn, Muslims believe in the miracle birth and other miracles associated with Jesus. They actually consider him as the "Messiah" and they even say, "peace be upon him" when mentioning his name. But, they are quick to negate any connection between God and Jesus as a partnership or God-head, and they rule out the notion of God having any son (or daughter for that matter).
Muslim scholars "broke the code" like this: Creation itself tells us there is a creator and from the beginning of time – Allah, (the One God in Arabic) alone is to be worshiped. This is clear teaching throughout the Old testament (Torah), the scriptures that Jesus himself read and taught from. God is one not one of three; for example: ‘He is God; there is no other besides Him’. (Deuteronomy 4:35). The same is mentioned in the book of Mark in the New Testament, chapter 12, verse 29, when Jesus, peace be upon him, had been asked about the Greatest Commandment he replied, "To know, O Israel, the Lord your God is One Lord; and you have to love Him with all your heart and all your mind and all your strength."
According to the oldest and most authentic copies of manuscripts and scrolls available throughout the centuries, Jesus, peace be upon him, never claimed to be God, or the creator, or the One to pray to, nor did he tell his followers to revere him as God. These notions appear on the lips of others who came along decades and even centuries later. While Jesus was on earth he did not claim to be the creator or ask us to revere him as God. His miraculous birth is a sign of his prophethood: “Verily, the likeness of Jesus before Allah, is the likeness of Adam. He (Allah) created him from dust and said “Be!” and he was” (Quran 3:59). Like all the great and noble prophets of Allah such as Adam, Abraham, Moses, Isaac and David, Jesus came with one message: Worship, love, obey and submit to the one true God, Allah, the creator of everything and do not worship anything besides Allah.
Throughout history, people have taken to worship things or people alongside Allah, or just worshiping something else like power, status or money. Even the names of religions seem have more to do with the creation and less or nothing to do with the Creator. For example: Buddhism – Buddha (the name of a man), Confucianism – Confucius (the name of a man), Hinduism – Hind (the name of an area), Judaism – Judah (the name of a tribe) and Christianity – Christ (the name of a great prophet).
Islam is different. Islam is a word coming from the verb "aslama" and it carries the meaning of "surrender", "submission", "obedience", "sincerity" and "peace" between you and Almighty Allah (God) and not to any human or anything within creation. Anyone who practices Islam submits to and worships Allah, alone without any partners of any kind.
The Quran states: "There is only One God (Allah) then have reverence for Me and fear Me (and Me alone)." To Him belongs whatever is in the heavens and on earth, and to Him is duty due always: then will ye fear other than Allah?" (Quran 16:51-52)
Isn’t it time you join Jesus, the son of Mary, along with all of the other Prophets of Allah and practice the "Submission to the Will of God" (Islam)?
Or simply put: "Worship the Creator - and not His Creations!"

8/15/79:
A bomb demolishes the car of Tscherim Soobzokov. Soobzokov had been
falsely accused of "war crimes" during WWII, but had been completely
exonerated by two Federal courts of all accusations. The bombing came days
after Mordechai Levy of the Jewish Defense Organization denounced Soobzokov
and threated his life in a fiery speech at a New Jersey synagogue. On
opening the front door of his house to investigate, Soobzokov set off
another bomb that had been rigged to his door. Soobzokov, his wife,
daughter, and four-year-old grandchild were injured in the blast. Soobzokov
underwent nine hours of emergency surgery and his leg had to be amputated.
Morchechai Levy told reporters, "The only thing I regret is that instead of
losing his legs, he should have lost his life." On September 6, Soobzokov
succumbed to his injuries.
9/6/79:
Tscherim Soobzokov dies of injuries received from a bomb rigged to the
front door of his house. Soobzokov had previously been falsely accused of
"war crimes" during WWII, but had been completely exonerated in two Federal
courts. Morechai Levy, of the Jewish Defense Organization, applauded the
terrorists who attacked this innocent man and his family.
8/24/87:
The New York Post prints a nine-page spread of wartime photos, said to
have come from the collection of the late Tscherim Soobzokov, who had been
acquitted of charges that he was a member of the Einsatzgruppe during WWII.
Lurid captions are provided by Elie Wiesel and Lucjan Dobroszycki (the later
being the senior research associate of New York's YIVO Institute for Jewish
Research). A few days later, the son of the actual owner comes forward to
claim the photos, which had been stolen from his apartment. The photos were
part of a collection of photos purchased in Germany during the owner's
military service after the war, and had nothing to do either with Soobzokov
or with the demonstrably false captions assigned them by Wiesel and
Dobroszycki.

After years of terrorising an occupied people, the rogue regimes of Washington and Tel Aviv may finally have met their match.
Remember Kosovo and the rest of the stricken Balkans? Remember the Kurds in northern Iraq? What moving dispatches those crises generated in the west, together with such damnation for their tormentors. According to my memory, they were each called "the most moral cause of our generation." There was no question, said the crusaders, of right and wrong; they were firmly on the side of right, along with Blair and Clinton and their generals. How silent are these crusaders now, their selective compassion reserved demonstrably for causes of state, "our" causes.
Before our eyes, the Israeli regime (it is never called a regime, of course), armed and bankrolled by the United States, and backed by Britain, is set upon destroying an entire country, deliberately killing civilians, almost half of whom are children; and the crusaders are as quiet as mice or they are busy toiling in the great quarry of obsfucation.
I spotted one of them yesterday contributing to a report about Condaleeza Rice - the modern Ribbentrop - in which she was said to have "embarked on a mission to the Middle East to stitch together a peace plan". I read that twice and asked myself how was it was possible for Rice (or "Condi") to achieve her "mission" when the unabashed mission of her government was to aggressively back and collude with the Israelis, even supplying them in mid-slaughter with precision guided bombs and uranium tipped missiles? The former crusader did not say.
I spotted another crusader seriously debating whether the Israeli army was still a "moral army". I read that one twice. In my experience of war and the Middle East, the Israeli army is one of the most craven. Every day, its soldiers humiliate defenceless, frightened old people and pregnant women at roadblocks and now its F-16 pilots drop phosphorous bombs on families fleeing in rickety vans.
The Israeli Justice minister, Haim Ramon, has said that Israel has "in effect obtained the authorisation to continue our operations" by the Rome conference on July 16. Previously, Blair and Bush has "dissuaded" the G8 meeting to call for a ceasefire. What this means is quite simple. In 1982, the great powers stood by while the Israelis oversaw the massacre of thousands in the Palestinian refugee camps in Sabra and Chantila, in southern Lebanon. The same great powers are now saying: "Go ahead, kill and massacre until you are sated. We'll tell you to stop when we think that's enough."
In Vietnam long ago, in explaining why "we will win", a member of the National Liberation Front told me, "They (the Americans) can't kill us all." The invaders (the word was almost never used in the West) did their best and killed or caused the death of up to three million people. The invaders decimated the resistance in South Vietnam, the NLF, but they could not kill them all, and they were eventually driven out.
I am not drawing a precise parallel: suffice to say that the resistance in Lebanon, Hizbollah, are showing that they, too, operate by the same maxim. The resistance to rapacious power, to epic crimes of invasion (which the Nuremberg judges called the "paramount" crime) is humanity at its noblest; yet the paradox warns us that no resistance is pretty; that each adds its own form of violence in order to expel an invader (such as the civilians killed by Hizbollah rockets); and this has applied to heroic partisans in Europe and heroic Kurds and those faceless, despised Iraqis who have succeeded in pinning down the American homicidal machine in their country.
But there is hope. After all these years of terrorising an occupied people, eventually driving them to the despair of having to commit their own atrocities, the rogue regimes in Washington and Tel Aviv may, backed by Blair (whom history will judge both contemptible and a criminal), may, just may, have met their match. Or if not the whole match, the beginning of it.
In the meantime, the rest of us must demand that those claiming to hold responsible office in "civilised" governments break their cowardly silence and tell the invaders to stop their killing and to get out now.

TV show exonerates Osama bin Laden
In the conclusion Wednesday night to the show "Devil's Advocate" on Dutch public broadcaster Nederland 2, the jury of two men and three women, along with the studio audience, ruled that there was no proof bin Laden was the mastermind behind the attacks on the World Trade Center and the Pentagon in 2001.
The Netherlands, home to "Big Brother" creator Endemol, is known for being on the cutting edge of format-based television. But even for Dutch standards, "Devil's Advocate," from Amsterdam production house AVRO, pushes the envelope.
The show features star defense attorney Gerard Spong standing up for some of the world's worst criminals.
In the latest show, Spong was able to convince the jury that bin Laden's connection to September 11 was a product of "Western propaganda." The jury also ruled there was insufficient evidence to prove bin Laden was the real head of terrorist network al-Qaida. The jury did rule, however, that bin Laden is a "terrorist who has misused Islam."
The show is certain to provide further ammunition in the already heated Dutch debate over immigration and the country's large Muslim minority. The Netherlands saw a sharp rise in anti-immigration and anti-Islamic sentiment after the 2004 murder of Dutch director Theo Van Gogh by a Muslim extremist.
Spong has been at the center of the debate, supporting legal action against anti-immigrant politician Geert Wilders.

November 19, 2009 -- NEW YORK--American lives are worth a lot. So when Americans get killed, it's a big story. There are lots of editorials. Congressmen call for investigations. We want to find out what happened, why it happened, and how to make sure it never happens again.
The lives of foreigners, on the other hand, are pretty much worthless. Even when they die because Americans killed them, news accounts marking their deaths are short, sweet, and short-lived. Congressional investigations? No way. To the contrary! If anyone is inconsiderate enough to mention the killings of people overseas in a public forum, they get shouted down or simply ignored.
The massacre of 13 soldiers at an Army post in Texas earlier this week places this dichotomy in sharp relief.
The FBI is already helping Army investigators. In addition, Senator Joe Lieberman has announced that his Homeland Security and Governmental Affairs Committee will launch a full investigation into "every angle" of the shooting, including the motives of the suspect and whether or not government eavesdroppers could have prevented it by notifying Army officials of his contacts with a radical Muslim cleric. Over in the House, Representative Silvestre Reyes, a Texas Democrat, has summoned national intelligence director Dennis Blair to answer questions about Fort Hood before the Permanent Select Committee on Intelligence.
But wait--there's more. "Other committees may also launch investigations into how the Army missed warning signs about the accused," reports The Politico.
All sorts of hands are being wrung.
Major Hasan, an army psychiatrist, ministered to victims of post-traumatic stress syndrome who told him terrible stories about combat in Afghanistan and Iraq. Should someone have helped him cope too?
Ordered to deploy to the war zone, he asked not to go--and was refused. Should the Army be more flexible?
Is it reasonable to ask a religious Muslim to deploy to Afghanistan or Iraq, wars where he would be asked to kill his coreligionists?
Then there are the phone taps. "U.S. military officials said intelligence agencies intercepted communications between Hasan and Anwar al-Awlaki, a former imam at the Dar Al-Hijrah Islamic Center in Falls Church, Virginia, a Washington suburb," reported CNN. "Al-Awlaki, who left the United States in 2002 and is believed to be living in Yemen, was the subject of several federal investigations dating back to the late 1990s, but was never charged." The shock, grief and soul-searching are all reasonable reactions to a brutal and tragic event. But it's not hard to imagine how it looks to the outside world. While the media and public obsess over the deaths of 13 fellow Americans, they ignore the deaths of hundreds of thousands of foreigners.
The American military has killed roughly two million people in Afghanistan and Iraq since 2001. Those attacks were illegal--no declaration of war, no UN mandate--and are largely recognized as such by the American public. Many of the victims were killed with chemical and radioactive weapons, and some while under torture. In other words, these are crimes--some of the biggest mass murders in human history.
There are no angry editorials. The illegal wars, instead of being brought to an end, are being ramped up. The crimes--yes, including the torture--continues. But it's OK--as long as it doesn't happen here in the United States. It's OK to rain death on Pakistanis using drone planes...gotta spare those precious American lives!
Mass murder is shocking when the victims are Americans; it's doubly shocking when it happens in America.
Thirteen soldiers die in Texas and it's all we talk about. Two million die in Afghanistan and Iraq and we don't notice and we don't even want to hear about it. Only 12 percent of Americans aged 18 to 24 can find Afghanistan on a map.

A top Hamas figure welcomes the UK's deportation of an Israeli official,
whom he said was involved in the assassination of one of the Palestinian
resistance movement's leaders in Dubai.
On Tuesday, London issued the expulsion order for the agent, reportedly
serving with the Israeli Spy Agency Mossad, over the use of fake British
passports in the assassination of a Hamas commander in Dubai.
Salah al-Bardawil, spokesman for Hamas's parliamentary bloc said in a
statement later that "we in Hamas welcome the British position and the
decision to expel the Mossad official in the Zionist embassy for his role in
the criminal assassination," AFP reported.
The January 20 foul play in a luxury hotel room was caught on CCTV cameras,
leading the Dubai emirate to put the name of 27 suspects on the
international wanted list through Interpol.
The Dubai Police Force said suspects used the identities of 12 British
citizens as well as passports from Ireland, France, Australia and Germany.
Last month, the British daily The Sunday Times wrote that Israeli Prime
Minister Benjamin Netanyahu had been riefed on the assassination plan in an
early-January meeting with Mossad chief Meir Dagan.

against Muslims and Islam.
Dealing with the dregs of humanity anti-Islam trolls
The anti-Islam troll those who continuously posting off topic and hate-
filled, divisive rubbish on board. They have something in common; they post
inflammatory, inaccurate, abusive, obscene, profane and racially offensive
material. I would like to outline some basics of how to deal with anti-
Islam trolls?
Generally speaking, ignore the flame-bait!!
Do not feed the animals; do not feed the anti-Islam Trolls. Generally
speaking, all of these filthy messages should be ignored, and left to expire
from the news feed. The anti-Islam trolls who post articles of this nature
are out looking for trouble and trying to create it. They are morally
bankrupt, rude and hostile you don't need to sink to their low level of
immorality and filth.
If you do feel the need to write something to them, respond in private
e-mail to them - despite the facts that they posts via invalid or stolen
emails- Otherwise, please leave matters to the experienced posters. They've
had to deal with these situations many times before and know what route to
take.
If we don't follow these guidelines, we would all descend into anarchy, and
the whole point of the group would be lost.
Having said all that, I believe, Islam had faced 1400 years of attacks from
extreme religious people of other faiths. It not only survived, it actually
became the fastest growing religion of the world!
