I've tried to figure out exactly what labels should be applied
to describe my postions and beliefs. Perhaps you can help.

The Euro is simply a bad idea. The arguments that I might
offer against it, whilst being completely sound and logical,
are immaterial when compared to the fact that the majority
of Englishmen wish to keep the pound.

The values of a tolerant nation cannot be sustained in the face
of an overwhelming influx of immigrants who are,
make no false assumptions, the epitome of intolerance.

CCTV cameras are intended less to monitor potential crime,
and more to observe members of the public who are going
about their routine business.

Pictures of trees should look like trees.
Pictures of people should look like people.
Abstract art is merely a way for untalented posers
to impress both each other, and simple minded critics.

Devolution is will destroy the UK.
A house divided against itself cannot stand.

"Organic" is another example of using branding to sell
an otherwise undesirable and inferior product.

Certain crimes deserve the rope.

Profit for the sake of profit is good.

Global warming is a convoluted, multiplicious myth. First,
there's the case of whether or not the earth is actually warming.
Second, there's determination of whether or not anything man-made
is supposedly causing it. Third, there's the conjecture involving
the outcome if the first two points were ever shown to be true.
Last, there's the "salt over the shoulder" thinking that says
to just go ahead and wreck economies and lower living standards
because, hey, sometimes you never can tell until it's too late anyway.

The new Mini is a bloated impersonation of a classic.

Some people are just plain evil.

Earmarking traffic fines to be strictly used for improvements to road
safety, and not permitting them to be used by local councils to pay for
their general budgets, will result in an immediate reduction in both
speed cameras and police man-hours spent on traffic duty.

The NHS is not overburdened or mismanaged. The problem arises
simply because it exists. If the National Health Service was replaced
with a regular profit-making business model, there might indeed be
far fewer foreign holidays and new cars and takeaways and sky tv dishes,
but at least there would be affordable and dependable health care.

I think the term "homophobia" is a misnomer, as it means "same fear".
Being strictly objective, even the mangled definition isn't applicable
to my beliefs, since I also take a dim view of heterosexuals who base
their whole life around anonymous sexual encounters whilst ending up
with various physical ailments as a result of their chosen behaviour.
If you accuse me of homophobia, then, by all rights, you must also
accuse me of whorophobia.

The Union jack is the symbol of our country. Whenever I see it,
I am mindful of the history and the sacrifice and the triumph
of all the others who went before me. (It's also the prettiest flag)

The Kyoto Protocols may be summed up in four words:
"Give me a dollar".

There is more to "culture" than food, clothes, and music.

The popular notion of Charles being a mystical tree-hugger is simply another
way of discrediting the monarchy. Even if this smear was true, he has
invested considerably more time in learned preparation for ruling the nation
than has *any* politician consumed in the prostitution of elected office.

If the highways and streets of this nation are compared to arteries,
then traffic calming zones are cholesterol deposits,
the time spent behind cyclists is angina,
and the busses ahead of me are thromboses.

Nope, that's not a label.
That's just a lame psuedo insult.

Try again.
