The rifle in the National Archives (the murder weapon) is not the one
that LHO ordered from Klein's to shoot Gen Walker with. But, does
anyone care, even if it proves that LHO did not murder the president?
Probably not. Kennedy had to go. He was stepping on the toes of too
many people who had much to lose.
The rifle in the Archives is the proof needed to prove a conspiracy in
the JFK coup d’état The Archives weapon is not the rifle that Lee
bought in the spring for the Walker shooting attempt. However, it is
the murder weapon and has Lee's serial number on the barrel. This can
easily be done in a short time to frame someone. I could do it myself
with a few simple tools and some time to do the work necessary..
Serial numbers are frequently removed or changed to protect the guilty
or to frame the innocent.
Is there any evidence that LHO was the shooter that murdered JFK?
If you had to prosecute Oswald in a court of law, you would have a
difficult time proving that Lee had ANYTHING to do with the
assassination of the 35th president of the United States. What would
you use as evidence against him? He worked in the building where the
shots came from. So what. He left the building and later killed
Officer J.D. Tippit. Few would deny that statement. However, we are
not trying Oswald for killing Tippit. We are trying him for the death
of JFK. No doubt he would have been found guilty of killing Tippit.
The evidence was abundant against him. But, it would have been very
difficult to convict him of killing the president.
Everything else about the case, including witnesses, testimony and
other alleged evidence is bullshit. That rifle is the most important
piece of evidence in the entire assassination and someday will prove
that Lee did not fire the shots that took down JFK. That forged serial
number is the only connection to LHO and the death of JFK. Nothing
else is important. He did not kill the president. Then who did?
The only real evidence that could be used was the fact that LHO
purchased a rifle in the spring of 1963 to allegedly kill General
Walker. However, that cannot be proved either, at least not to a
jury. It would be very questionable.
There is ample evidence that he did buy the weapon himself and no
doubt that the serial number on the barrel of the weapon was C-2766.
That alone is not enough to convict him. But, since the murder weapon
that was obviously used on Elm St. during the coup de tat also had the
same serial number, Oswald became the only suspect. We can be almost
certain that the rifle found was the murder weapon but was LHO the
shooter and more important, was it the same rifle that earlier that
day was wrapped in an old Russian blanket in the Paine;s garage in
Irving, Texas? We don't know for sure, but it is doubtful.
Besides.even if it was, someone else could have fired Lee's rifle. It
would be hard to convince a jury that LHO was even on the sixth floor
where the shots came from.
Let's suppose that Lee's rifle was still in the blanket when he left
for work that Friday morning? And, let's suppose that many people
(Paines and their handler, B.D.Odum) knew about that rifle and it's
serial number. and wanted to frame the Marxist book worker for the
murder.. Very simple. Buy another Mannlicher Carcano and remove the
barrel which can be done in minutes.
On the rear end of the barrel you would discover a serial number. You
don't care what the number is, you remove it which can be done very
easily, Ask any gunsmith. But why remove it? Because you want to
replace the removed number with the C-2766 belonging to LHOs rifle so
that when the murder weapon is found it can easily be traced to
Oswald.
When all is said and done it is that serial number that is the ONLY
connection to LHO and the murder of JFK. NOTHING ELSE.
At this point we cannot prove any of the above. We cannot prove that
the rifle in the National Archives is the weapon owned by Oswald.
There is much evidence that it is not the same gun seen in the famous
backyard photos. But, you say, "It has the serial number C-2766, the
only one of its kind in the world and it was purchased by the alleged
killer Oswald. So what? I could change a serial number on a similar
rifle with a few simple tools and a metal stamping set purchased in
any hardware store in the USA,.
Want to bet that it is a different rifle than the one bought in the
spring to kill Walker? Want to bet that the serial number now on that
weapon is not the original number? I do. And I would ask Ruth Paine
just who entered her garage and removed the old MC of Oswalds after he
left for work so it would never be found and traced to the murder that
was to happen at 12:30 downtown from Irving. Ask Ruth if the person
was her friend, SA Bardwell "Bard" D. Odum , who was waiting in the
empty house next door to the Paines (used to monitor the Oswalds) and
left her light on in the garage when he left? Ruth knows.

Mr. Liebeler: Do you remember being interviewed by FBI Agents Odum
and Peggs on Nov. 24?
Mike: Well, of course, I have seen BOB Odum frequently. Peggs ia
an
unfamiliar name. It doesn't mean that he couldn't have been there,
That night I mostly went to the police station. I was introduced to
Odum PRIOR TO THE 22nd. 9H444. (Really Mike ?)
Ruth felt comfortable enough with "BOB" to visit Marina's bedroom
alone with SA Odum, who was at the Irving home to pick up Lee's
wedding ring for Marina.3H 111-112, 9H385.
Ruth also had a conversation with the "Bard" about the General
Walker shooting BEFORE there was reason to believe that Lee was
involved, 9H387.
Ruth: Agent Odum has been out a great deal. 3H106.

Did you know that the house next door to the rolled over Communists,
the Paine:s was empty?

Simple, easy. Anyone could do the same thing with a weapon to change a
serial number and frame another person. And with simple acid
chemicals, the original serial number can be revealed. Lee was a patsy
