I雋 interested in TDR (Transfer of Development Right), yet my bibliografy
is rather restricted:

Cabarrus County Planning, Zoning & Building Inspection Department. 1994.
Cabarrus County, North Carolina: Managing Growth Into the 21st Century,
The Cabarrus County Planning, Zoning & Building Inspection Department,
Concord, N.C.. A collection of growth management strategies for Cabarrus
County including urban growth boundaries, limited resource protection,
transfer of development rights and impact fees.

---1974. Space Adrift: Saving Urban Landmarks Through the Chicago Plan.
Urbana, Ill.: University of Illinois Press. An overview of transfer of
development rights ordinances and the Chicago Plan.

Danels, P., Esq., and L. Magida. 1979. Application of Transfer of
Development Rights to Inner City Communities: A Proposed Municipal Land
Use Rights Act. Urban Lawyer 11, no. 1: 124-38. Proposes enabling
legislation for transfer of development rights to an inner city, based on
a New Jersey TDR bill. Concludes with positive environmental and economic
benefits.

Hagman, D. G., and D. J. Misczynski, eds. 1978. Windfalls for Wipeouts:
Land Value Capture and Compensation. Chicago: American Society of Planning
Officials. A comprehensive examination of benefits and losses of land and
real estate and the techniques for mitigation and recapture in the United
States, Canada, Australia, New Zealand and England.

Rick Pruetz, Putting Transfer of Development Rights to Work in
California, Solano Press Books, Point Arena, California, 1993. (Excellent
book, the sole I read up till now).

Can somebody help me to expand it? Thank you.
