UPDATE: Second Democrat woman charged with Sexual Assault of Child, Savanna Spurlock

TEMPLE, Texas - UPDATE: A second person is arrested in
connection with a child sexual assault.

19-year-old Desiree Cherie Hovatter allegedly had sex with a 14-
year-old boy last July. According to police, he threw a party in
Temple while his parents were out of town.

Hovatter is accused of having sex with him during this party.

21-year-old Savanna Spurlock was also charged last month with
having sex with the same teenager.

Investigators say other people confirm they both had sex with
the teen.

A 21-year-old Temple woman faces charges after a 14-year-old
told police they had sex.

Savanna Nicole Spurlock is charged with Sexual Assault of a
Child after the teenager said they had sex at am Temple house
party in August.

The teen says Spurlock allegedly told him to keep quiet or she
would go to jail.

Investigators say other people confirmed the two had sex.
