The rules that men make to dominate others will have become predatory,
as long as there is no vision for people to become more civilized. The
idea that cities offer greater "civilization" has fallen prey to the
assumption that only military force can protect one's liberties, by
destroying someone else's private property in a 'more distant' land,
when in reality it is the exercising of individual liberty IN OUR
HOMELAND, that can more conveniently self-organize, AGAINST THE
TENDENCY of a police state to mass-centralize, or compartmentalize, an
increasingly micromanaged state of human affairs or activity, on a day-
to-day basis.
