For our Client we are looking for experienced professionals to join
international team in Cracow and hold the position of:

IT TOOLS ENGINEER/TEAM LEADER
(Business Service Management)
Ref. WAXETL

Responsibilities:
* Define a logical model of IT infrastructure and business services
* Provide a high level of tool functionality automation
* Develop and manage web-based views of real- time business service status
* Define and manage service assurance event management policies
* Develop and manage bespoke user experience monitoring (UEM) solution
* Support and operate the UEM infrastructure
* Integrate the service assurance tools with a third party solutions
* Integrate the service assurance tolls with Configuration Management
Database (CMDB)
* Provide out of hours remote support to Event Control Team
* Ability to take the role of Team Leader (50% of responsibilities)

Requirements:
* Experience in scripting in Unix shell, PERL, JavaScript, Windows Scripting
* Experience in development in Visual Basic 6.0, HTML/ASP/JSP, T-SQL
* Knowledge of OS Administration: Sun Solaris, Microsoft Windows
* Knowledge of Network Protocols/Standards eg. TCP/IP protocols, SNMP
* Knowledge of Database: MS SQL Server 2000
