For our Client we are looking for experienced professionals to join
international team in Cracow and hold the position of:

REMEDY SUPPORT ENGINEER
Ref. WAXRSEL

Responsibilities:
* The role involves providing day-to-day administration and operational
support of the Remedy application and technical environment
* Additionally there is the requirement to develop small scale fixes to
resolve operational issues and developing minor enhancements to the system,
so a good understanding of Remedy development is required
* Most major development of the Remedy application is outsourced to a third
party changes and perform/co-ordinate all testing for sign-off of the
development
* All Remedy implementation activities are undertaken or managed by the
Tools Support team.

Requirements:
* Remedy Action Request System 5 or 6 administration (4 years)
* Remedy Action Request System 5 or 6 development (2 years)
* Experience in using SQL (2 years)
* Good awareness of high quality service management
* Excellent knowledge of the Remedy technical environment with the ability
to analyze, design and implement changes
* Strong IT background, including familiarity with Microsoft Windows 2000
* Articulate and able to deal with technical and non technical staff at all
levels
* Good commercial awareness, ideally including some experience of supplier
management
* Good commercial awareness, ideally including some experience of supplier
management
* Good project management skills, including the ability to handle multiple
projects and flexibility in adjusting work schedule to meet project needs.
* Good English written and oral skills. Experience in working within an
English speaking environment an advantage.
