For our Client we are looking for experienced professionals to join
international team in Cracow and hold the position of:

MANAGEMENT REPORTING ANALYST
Ref. WAXMRAL

Purpose of Role:
The purpose of this role is to provide Management Information on the
performance of Service Management services, such that GO are clearly
informed on the volume, quality and cost of these services. The role will
need to interface with the Tools Configuration and Support team as necessary
to develop changes as required to Remedy reports. The role will also need to
interface closely with Service Level Management ? to provide the necessary
information to assess compliance to Service Level Agreements where these
exist.

Responsibilities:
* Providing the agreed set of regular reports by the agreed dates (weekly
and monthly )
* Supporting the Incident and Problem management team in the presentation of
trend information
* Taking an active interest in the reports generated, seeking to identify
trends or inconsistencies between data
Requirements:
* Minimum 2 years experience in the analysis and presentation of IT
performance related Management Information
* Clear commitment to Service Management Framework approach to IT
Infrastructure management essential. Previous experience strongly desirable
* ITIL certification desirable (Green Badge Level)
* Expertise in the definition, implementation and execution of Business
Objects reports desirable
* Expertise in SQL server desirable
* Good interpersonal and influencing skills and assertiveness
* Good English language skills
