looking for studio partners

We own and operate a small chain of portrait studios and are looking
for equity partners for expansion in the United States.

Our studios are located in regional malls, with a clientele that
consists primarily of children and families. We are looking for
equity partners that will be owner/operators. Our managers can earn
in excess of $75,000 a year, with successful studios that can profit
in excess of $200,000 a year. Our partners will start by managing a
studio (and being compensated for that position) and will share in
profits based on their equity participation. Multiple studio
expansion a possibility.

Ideal candidates will be motivated photographers that are looking for
a successful partner to show them how to make money in the portrait
studio business. We have been in this business for over 15 years, and
we know what sells. Our niche is that we deliver 80% of the quality
of "high-end" portrait photographers at 20% the cost to the retail
consumer.

We are currently looking to expand in Southern Florida, but will
consider other areas depending on the right circumstances, and the
right person.

Ideal candidates will possess:
Excellent credit
Excellent personal references
Photography background/interest
Business background a plus
Retail background a plus
Ability to invest in a retail location (minimum $40,000 investment)
Ability to manage a retail location (involving 45-65 hours/week
depending on studio maturity and season)
Ability to hire and lead people
Ability to follow a plan

Simply put, we are looking to grow and expand our business, and are
looking for partners that will have a vested interest in their
success. We are not looking for investors, we are looking for
owner/operators. We will be investing our money and expertise, you
will be investing your money and sweat.
