I'm not a professional photographer so take my comment as just that
of someone who knows very little about photography ;-)
I liked the photos and there is some great composition there but
there also seems to be something a bit wrong. The images are a bit
dark and lifeless. I suspect that the images have not been
post-processed.
On my CP990 images, I add sharpen (it's switched off in my camera),
and increase contrast and saturation and perhaps some other
processing as and when required.
I suppose that your photos are a bit "quite" and perhaps that is what
you intended.
Anyway, great stuff. I particularly liked the following...

I enjoyed looking at your photos. In your night photos, I liked "Pensacola
Beach," where the fence glowed as if on fire. It would have been nice to see
the surf a bit better, but being a green novice, I have on bringing the surf
into light without destroying the color of the fence. (The nice thing about
digital is that you can shoot to your hearts content, immediately look at
your results and shoot some more.)
The Seaside page one was fun to look at because of the splash of colors. It
must have been a fun neighborhood to visit.
In "Seaside Mansion," I think I would have focused on the house and left the
car blurred instead of the opposite. The line up of yellow and blue lawn
chairs made for a simple, yet artsy pic. And the use of framework in
"Seaside Centrl" was a very nice touch. I also liked the use of the tall
weeds in "Seaside Beach." You took a pretty, but otherwise boring sky and
sea scene and made it yours. Good job.
There are many really good photos on your site that are worth comment, much
more than the not as good, so please take all comments with a large grain of
salt. There are several different kinds of people on these boards. Those
who are here to learn (me!). Those who are here to teach. Those who get
their jollies tearing down others because they have no other real purpose in
life.

That should have read: ...I have no advice on bringing the surf into

You've picked the artsy picures and they are my favorites too.

Theses pictures were taken in almost complete darkness, so it was remarkable
to see the surf at all. I could crank up the level, but the fence would turn
white and the dark areas would turn noisy.

I appreciate you constructive comments. I agree, there are many ways to get
your points across, some obviously more effective than others.
