Anyone here or anyone who has been maltreated by mental health or by police? can you blog please with names and dates

Heres a request for anyone who has been maltreated or badly 'done to'
has suffered mental physical, actual abuse by either the police or the
medical services for apparently no purpose or reason? has anyone
suffered actual deformation of character, damage to your self-repair
of sense of purpose, damage to your feelings of self preservation at
any time, or damage to your feelings of self worth amongst those you
know or within your freinds? has there been any damage to your natural
inhibitions in any way? perhaps actual loss of self respect and self
preservation by the use of prescribed medications? and has there been
any actual loss of earnings, loss of friends by slights regards your
supposed illness by either authority or those known by them? has there
been any hurtful gossip that was done one purpose and constrewed to
ruin your own work or relationships prospects at any time? has anyone
used the reference to an arrest or supposed action of you to defraud
you or your family or their prospects? have you have suffered actual
loss of either property or money? Have you suffered any perstering by
neighbourhood bullies who have supposed that you are a 'sitting
target' for their abuse so as they can attentions seek?

Is it related to the USA citizens only? BTW I could not get viza to
USA. T did not think such blog would help this matter.
