Alarm is perhaps concurrent to risk. But risk is a matter not just of likely outcomes, but also of the measure of damage that might be incurred 'IF'.
Thusly, even if the safety factor for handling, say atomic bombs, would seem failsafe, we would still be immensely wary far more so, than say if we were talking about hand grenades. Risk is also conveyed through the measure of potential damage of a given outcome.

What is most disturbing is that this not by random accident, but apparently the product of strategies of utopian globalists using climate change as their rationale to 'gut' not only fossil fuel energy production, but also the undermining of agriculture across the globe.

This is extremely disturbing. What did we lose in this covid Pandemic? Something like 3 to 5 million? Speaking of that Pandemic, Peterson touches upon the notion that for every 1 person Medicine might save in it's kneejerk response to a novel virus such as covid, there might be many multiples of people dead, damaged, or dying earlier from the repercussions of such things as lock downs and government overeach predicated on the idea of 'just following the science'.
The WEF, in cahoots with the WHO, the CCP, and globalist factions across the world...have succeeded in capturing not just the imagination of people, but also their leaders...who now are fast undoing energy and agriculture. Add to this Russian leader Putin who is orchestrating mass migrations due to his war on the Ukraine...and who controls most fossil fuel outlay to europe [especially Germany], and we may have convergent social pressures that historically have induced major catastrophes in history: Famine, leading to civil unrest, leading to war.
What is most ironic, is that socialists that make up most of this putsch toward globalism, have the supposed common cause to serve the worker of the world. Yet, such events will most certainly push immense suffering on the poorest among us, and those working already to make ends meet. Workers of the world...UNITE! But if rational, they'd UNITE to fight to ward off this horrible tragedy now in the making; a MAKING inspired by the very things they have brought to power.
Power corrupts and absolute power corrupts absolutely. BIG Government serves itself first and foremost [a proven fact]. It's why America's Bill of Rights was not to help government, but to PROTECT the people FROM government. "they will own nothing and be happy" [Klaus Schwab].
