The 160000 ton giant ship sailed into the United States, and the Chinese
cargo ship slowly sailed into the port of Savannah in the United States,
causing strong onlookers from the American people to take pictures of the
monster. What is this ship for?

Looks like a basic cargo ship to me.
Not seeing any, strong onlookers, taking pictures.

Cargo ships are not a big surprise, imo.

Is 160000 ton a giant ship.
Compared to a tug boat.
Not to mention a toy boat.
