If you're on IE5, try Message >> Block Sender. I set 5 minutes aside to go
through all of my newsgroups. I'm just hoping I can figure out how to
unblock if I accidentally get one of you guys just commenting on these

Don't you mean OE? and anyway, you can go to tools => message rules
=>blocked senders list and delete people from there
however, theres little point in killfiling addresses that send out these
spams, as they won't get used again afterwards...
