You know, as the world's greatest logician, I would like to make friends but
nothing pertaining to logic seems to relate to the world's priorities... So
what are the world's priorities? Oh, right, the world's priority is to
invest capital in pity?? You know, any sufficiently advanced technology is
magic from the perspective of anyone who isn't an engineer. If you are not
motivated to become an engineer, it can only be for one reason... you would
rather believe in magic instead and sure enough, you do... If the world
should have a priority, it should be to make fusion reaction work... but...
I doubt we'll ever get there because, you've already set such a bad
precedent, nobody really wants to work on the problem.

How about these?

Seven deadly sins.

My selection (not in any order) is

1. Pollution (Global warming)
2. Population (There is just too many of us to feed)
3. Religion – Islam (Just hold this ticking parcel while I pray)
3a Religion - Catholic (You can not get good choir boys these days)
4. Corruption (What is in it for ME)
5. Indifference (Not my problem)
6. Managerial stupidity (Tell those lazy people they will be sacked)
7. Dhimmitude (Don’t do that, the nasty man wont like it)

And tongue in cheek. You choose 7.

1. Saying rude things about Mohamed (Naming teddy bears, Cartoons etc)
2. Smacking a naughty child (The child can take you to court)
3. Sexist language (female chairmen)
4. TV soaps (Ugh)
5. Letting your dog enjoy life (not having a little poo bag)
6. Christmas presents (You MUST get Grandma something)
7. Being Patriotic (No jobs for foreigners)
8. Excessive health and safety (Children must not play anymore)
9. Politicians (But we have so many expenses)
10. Bankers (But I absolutely must have the latest Ferrari)
