I have a postcard sent to a Mrs (something) Dalice, Scotland, South Dakota
with the above postmark and a slightly damaged 1c stamp. It's from someone's
nephew or neice to his or her aunt. The postcard doesn't even have a street
or house number so there can't have been many people living in Scotland SD
in 1911. I can only forward the postcard to a museum or historical society
in the USA because we Brits do not have any claim to it as it bears US
postage and a US address.
