If anyone is suffering from Diarrhea which is not much serious disease. You can treat it with the over the counter medicines like, Pepto-Bismol, Imodium A-D and Kaopectate etc.
As you told your symptoms your diarrhea is not so serious that you need to visit a doctor. Just opt for any aforementioned OTC medicine.
And along with these medicines you need to drink plenty of water and liquids like Fruit juice free from pulp.
And If you are dis comfortable in rectal area then try to have warm bath and dry the area with soft cloth and apply hemorrhoid cream or white petroleum jelly to anus.
