Hacking is the art of creative problem solving, whether used to find an
unconventional solution to a difficult problem or to exploit holes in sloppy
programming. Many people call themselves hackers, but few have the strong
technical foundation that a hacker needs to be successful. Hacking: The Art
of Exploitation explains things that every real hacker should know. While
many hacking books show you how to run other people's exploits without
really explaining the technical details, Hacking: The Art of Exploitation
introduces you to the spirit and theory of hacking as well as the science
behind it all.

LOL, you one funny sumptin. Already what might have been true at one time
is wrong, the rest of it is a total hoot.

Now you are spamming your site to sell a cd for *cough* 40 bucks? And since
you have been breached so many times you don't even guarantee that it is
virus or trojan horse free.

But heh! You're right! No one and I do mean *NO ONE* in their right mind
would have done what you did!

*snicker*

Couple of questions Tracker, I dont imagien for one minute you will give a
sensible answer, but nm aye.

1: You said I was in your book, which chapter ?
2: Not a question, but i agree, no one in their right mind would do the shit
you do.
3: Why in gods name do you use word 95 to make youre webpages ?
4: Why do you still use win95 ? Dont you think its ab it dated and
irrelevant as most people now use 98 or XP ?

Final note, you claim you have a copyright now, where ? Theres no record of
your book at the US Copyrights Office.

checked it a few months or so ago. I checked too.

Of course the thing is now that is has a legal stamp on it, theres the issue
of her defamatory, and libellous remarks, as well as spreading known
misinformation as fact (ok not fact cuz i read somewhere 'it is a "legal
fact" that "facts" cannot be copyrighted' ) heh

U.S. Copyright law protects *original* literary works and pictorial or
musical expression. It does not cover things like short phrases, or
information which contains no original authorship (such as a short statement
of fact).

In some cases, a copyrighted work may have sections within it that are not
protected. For example, a listing of common port uses included in her work
would probably not be protected. (*Especially* since she most likely did
not AUTHOR it, but instead took it from somewhere else.)

A rambling, misinformative section on how to tell if your system is hacked
could be covered by the copyright law (if she indeed is the original author,
and I know of noone else who could express ideas in quite that manner....).
However, the registration of a work with the Copyright Office does NOT:

a) Establish a particular work as *being* original. It establishes it as
being *claimed* as original at a particular time, and in a particular form,
by a particular claimant. The Copyright Office does not normally compare a
work being registered to other works already registered. They just file and
stamp it.

b) Endorse said work as containing worthwhile content. It's not their job
to edit, test or proofread. The only check they are going to do is to see
if the work qualifies for a copyright per their rules.

I think they did us all a service. Since it is copyrighted it prevents
other stupids from propagating the same bs. :)

Well, not really. Technically, it legally protects the rights of the owner.
It doesn't actually *prevent* copyright infringement-it makes it illegal.
However, another individual could propagate substantially similar nonsense
by rewriting it somewhat.

Unfortunately, there's more than enough idiocy to go around.

Seems she should have a disclaimer on her CD 'bout something like created
by Debbie acting stupid.

Uhuh, what I was getting at that, what was it i heard, in OK women cant do
their own hair as its against the law, and somewhere else its illegal to
carry an ice cream cone in your pocket, anyway I digress. What I was getting
at that I imagine there is some law prohibiting people distributing
information that isnt to the best of their knowledge correct. Given the
discussions with tracker about the info, I think its safe to say that there
is enough evidence to prove her info is wrong and it as been presented to
her. I think I was going to keep speaking, but I just got up and have gone
braindead :P
