international phone call

Hi guys,

I am looking for a way to make cheap international phone calls. Does
anyone have any ideas/suggestions/links? Do you know whether there are
some PIN number generators for int. phone card?

Steal a mobile phone and hope they have international calls switched on :)

not that anyone I know has stolen phones for this reason, specially to
call Romanian freinds *cough*
