No.

Green vegetables (uncooked), carrots, hay and
pellets only. NO sugar. Oh, and water, lots of water.

Yes. My rabbits loved rice: They once escaped during a vacation &
were lured back into the car with a bowl of rice.

I think the answer here will be that your bunny would probably eat rice
given a chance but with
it being starchy the starch would be converted to sugar and could cause
a lot of trouble when it
reached bunnies hind gut.

So to be safe I'd say avoid it.
