Hi folks;

Does anybody still check these groups? I sure miss those cute guinea pig
stories people used to post. Forums and Facebook just aren't the sort of
replacements for us who started out on newsgroups.

Sincerely,

Bruce Atchison - author of When a Man Loves a Rabbit and Deliverance from
Jericho.

Well i check in from time to time but i think it got ruined by the

I used to post here years ago.
Kelvyn , do you remember Patricia from Canada with Hazel piggy?
I learnt a lot from her and also a guy from Holland but I've forgotten his
name..
I stopped posting because my piggies passed on and later on, when I adopted
two, this place wasn't the same. :(

Yes I remember Patricia, she was a very active member and very
knowledgeable. I also remember the guy from Holland and his name just
escapes me at the moment but it will come to me. I used to enjoy those
discussions about piggies way back then.

Usenet is dying. You can get better information from web sites devoted to
guinea pigs.

--
Police in Radnor, Pennsylvania, interrogated a suspect by placing a metal
colander on his head and connecting it with wires to a photocopy machine.
The message "He's lying" was placed in the copier, and police pressed the
copy button each time they thought the suspect wasn't telling the truth.
Believing the "lie detector" was working, the suspect confessed.

Much as I hate the trolls and spammers, I think it's a shame Usenet is
dying.
