Hi you can get ferretone from a pet store that sells ferret supplies.
Also off lines.I use Pet Expo at pet...@petexpo.net . It is less
expensive there. You can use cat hair ball med. Use less.

I've been both of those places actually. : ) I was trying to get as
much good info as I could since we only had a day's notice. Thanks!

I have another possibly not so simple question. Does anyone know where
I can find a reasonably priced two or three level cage? That seems
like a contradiction. The cage they gave us is gross! Its all wire and
rusting and there's no bottom! Just wire. Thanks!

try:
http://www.martinscages.com/

for some great cages...ask for the plastic bottom tray instead of pull out.

Until you get a new cage, try covering the bottom and shelves with linoleum
(or, in a pinch, carpet samples). I get the "scrap" pieces from a local
carpeting store and it works wonderfully.

There are usually a handful of cages on ebay, some benefitting shelters.

www.theferretstore.com has foods, Ferretone and Ferretvite. They also
have a furball remedy by 8in1 called Kittymalt which I give my crew. It
tastes just like Ferretvite which my crew all love.

Yeah, some folks give those. If your fuzzy like it, give it to them.
