I'm starting to get concerned, my ferret has been vomiting a lot lately. I
find vomit in her cage almost every day. Otherwise she seems fine... normal
stools, good appetite, still bouncy and playful :-). I'm not sure what
other information I should include here. Might this be caused by hairballs?
Any suggestions appreciated..

A visit to the vet to make sure she's fine
would probably be good, just in case - you
may be catching something in an early, more
treatable stage.

It might well be hairballs or some other obstruction.

Make an appt with a ferret knowledgable vet asap, and get some hairball
remedy into them between now and the appt if at all possible.

Take her to the vet to exclude serious problems.
However my Molly has vomited (occasionally) since I had her
(3 months). Every now and then she vomits projectile style.
She does have nothing wrong. The vet told me that probably
she has some throat problem.
What I do is use a humidifier in the room
with some menthol in it when it happens.

Now she is 6.
