I have done a few websites now with some PERL/CGI and I thought I would like to
include this skill in my resume. I like PERL. It rocks. My question is,
what are the essential skills that someone using PERL/CGI should have to be a
profecient coder. I know there are many things to be learned, as with most
everything, but what should be the basics?
